The thought of Phoebe and Alex G being in the same studio working on music + going on tour together makes my heart so happy

Two of my very favorite artists from the past decade, Punisher and God Save The Animals are literally my comfort zone, just love that those stars aligned. That’s all 🩵

My 7 year old girl is obsessed with Poppy Playtime

So I got the game (chapters 1-3) on the switch, and we played chapter 1, she liked a lot of parts but some parts did kinda freak her out, but not to a detrimental point, but it’s a weird dynamic because she’s seen YouTube videos and knows all the characters and her favorite is lily lovebraids

Anyway… my question is should I be hesitant to play the rest of the chapters with a kid this old, she’s like half excited but half scared, I don’t want to get into anything that’s going to mentally scar her or give her repeated nightmares. Possibly a silly question on my end but any input is appreciated on what I could expect playing chapters 2-5 with a child this young

Also I do know it has a “teen” rating but chapter 1 was still manageable and mostly fun for her, lol

Carrie & Lowell by Sufjan Stevens is my favorite album ever

I’m an album listener. What would you recommend that’s similar? I listen quite a bit to A Crow Looked At Me by Mount Eerie, Both Phoebe Bridger albums, A Creek Drank the Cradle by Iron & Wine and Evening Machines Gregory Alan Isakov

The Thunder and Spurs will meet in the Western Conference Finals for the third time since 2012

The Thunder and Spurs have a storied playoff history, having met in two previous Western Conference Finals, and one Western Conference Semifinals, with each series notoriously ending in six games. The teams are squaring off in the 2026 Western Conference Finals, marking their first postseason clash in a decade

All-Time Playoff Series History:

2012 Western Conference Finals: Thunder won 4-2

After falling behind 0-2 to the veteran Spurs, Oklahoma City rallied to win four straight games, securing their first trip to the NBA Finals since the franchise relocated.

2014 Western Conference Finals: Spurs won 4-2

San Antonio avenged their 2012 defeat by blowing out OKC in three separate home games. The Spurs went on to win the NBA Championship that year.

2016 Western Conference Semifinals: Thunder won 4-2

In a dramatic six-game series, the Thunder bounced back from a Game 1 blowout to win four of the next five games, ultimately closing out the Spurs in Game 6 in OKC.

San Antonio won the season series this year 4-1, including a 111-109 victory in the In-Season Tournament semifinal

What are your expectations for the next chapter of this rivalry?
