Me and 4 of my friends recently started a sports podcast called “The Benchwarmers” recording on ZenCastr and posting on Spotify. We are in the makings of a website. In our first couple of episodes we ran into some problems:

-It feels like all the attention is centered on the host and the others don’t really have a take.

-It sometimes gets boring to talk about so u know it’s gonna be boring to listen to

-We sound very robotic

-We make plans in Google Docs for the episodes but it isn’t really the feel I want it to be

-We wanna go 1 hour+ , not ~45 minutes

- I want it to sound great and rn it isn’t, the Dan Patrick Show vibe is our goal

-We need a better intro

-Our time is poorly managed (we don’t know how to break it up into segments)

-We would like to incorporate brand-affiliated shout outs
