I keep seeing folks that have opted out and aren’t getting the beta. Also in the Samsung forums the moderators are stating the same thing. There are two requirements to leave the beta and return to the standard upgrade path.

1. Opt out in the members app
2. Connect your device to a computer and roll back to the previous stable release (this requires a wipe so back up)

There is a third option and that is downloading the official build and flashing it yourself via a Odin (Samsung software). That’s a bit more advanced path though.
