Safari or shadow?

Will be buying a new watch this week. Casual clothes mostly. Like the green dial but the shadow seems to be a cleaner look without the date window. Which would you choose.

One year mri update

Had six plugs, acl/mcl repairs overall very beat up knee. Cartilage has filled in where the plugs put in. Thats great. There are areas of cartilage damage that didnt rate repair but havent improved and between that and continued recovery from the op there is still swelling. Treating with prp, aggressive icing. Also will try a cycle of peptides (glow) to see if this helps.

Recently had knee surgery and looking to add red light therapy. Read that wavelength 940 is best for cartilage repair. Any views? For 940 the MitoProX…anything better i should consider?

Comfort/wearability of chronometer original?

Considering this but wonder about comfort given how high up from the wrist the lugs are. Anyone out there that owns one and can speak to that? I have 6.7” wrists. This would be an everyday, walk around in t shirt,jeans sort of watch. Thanks

New Agili-C Op

I had the right done last August. Doing the left in three weeks. Just completed the pre-op tests. Also purchased a GamePro cold compression machine (had the NICE), and other assorted equipment. Starting this as a place holder for new op.
