Just went through this year NPSC result and nearly 40 of them were under BT quota out of 96 post. Is this not a little too much reservation especially since they can get selected under the general quota too?

I have 6 gb of storage left so why do my apps keep offloading? I enabled the offloading system but it’s offloading apps I used just 1-2 days ago or even just few hours back.
