hey 18m here. this is probably a pretty relatable situation i'm going through so i'm hoping to at least get some general advice/tips
i just started a paid internship at this company that's like an hour from home. i'm taking the bus there and back to save on money, and this means i'm out of the house at around 4:30am and i get home around 5pm. this schedule has been destroying me. usually i'm a pretty productive person and i like to stay on top of things. if i start to fall behind it can snowball and i get overwhelmed.
needless to say i have been working here for about a month and a half, i only have a month and a half left for now (it's a seasonal program), and \*\*i can't take care of myself\*\*. my laundry piles up, i often forget to fill my car, i don't brush my teeth... it's a mess. i'm lucky if someone comes to my room to find it picked up.
what do i do?? what strategies do you guys have to manage your personal responsibilities outside of work?
