1. Do I ALWAYS need to take with food or just at the beginning while adjusting?
2. I am afraid to up the dose, can I stay at 25mg and still get relief?
3. The side effects I felt in the first 3 days were really bad heartburn, some nausea, jitters and tiredness even with full night of sleep, are the heartburn and nausea supposed to dissipate?
4. I don't mind the tiredness too much because before taking these I had really bad insomnia, (i don't like the jitters) I am kind of hoping the tired feeling doesn't go away because it's helping me sleep at night, will this tired feeling likely change over time?

Why is my (password protected) excel online sheet saying that it's locked because im using it elsewhere? I notice this happens if i leave my computer unused for a bit of time it wont allow me to use my password to sign back into the excel online sheet. I tried to open the destop version and sign out of it and back in but that's not helping. I have to shut my computer off completely and reboot again to get rid of this message which isn't good for me because I need to remain online constantly for my job.
