Hello!

Anyone else dosed up currently with a flu/cold? Had insomnia (awake from Monday morning through to yesterday evening), very high temp, full on body sweats etc. Slowly beginning to get my appetite back thank God!

Just had some toast and a coffee...a nice little thing to have!

Let me know if you got the same...think I caught mine for one of the following reasons:

1. Guy behind me on a bus for 2 hours on Sunday was not covering mouth when coughing his lungs up.

2. Air con on bus was blasting warm air and then solution was to open the roof vent.

3. Just general weather being a mix of hot/cold and schools/colleges/universities being back.

For anyone else who is sick with this cold/flu thing get better soon 🙏

Taking a smoking break for a bit. Had a few things happening the past few years so was having a smoke in the evenings a fair bit. Still worked, lived life as normal but now just want some time way (temporarily). To those of you who took a break, what did you find? What activities did you get into? I'm focusing more on n improving my diet and getting back to a thinner self so eating munchies was not helping me. Life was just not good for a time but everything good now. Welcome your thoughts/advice...

I've had a bit of life stuff going on the past two years. In the past few weeks and months, I've managed to sort it all. Full weight lifted off my shoulders. To those out there who are maybe feeling a bit shit, talk to friends, other family and whoever you can. Even message me...a problem shared is a problem halved. I got through this with the best support of work, friends and other family. So if you happen to be going through a bit of shit in life, there are people there to support you.

I posted it in here as a culchie who lives in Dublin and is now happy in life.
