Favorite places to eat or shop Incheon Terminal 1?
Anyone have favourite or memorable places at the airport pre-departure that I should make sure to visit?

Saw them displaying the Palestinian flag a few times so I thought I'd support them and got a lamb gyro. Wow the meat was like sponge, with lamb flavouring. Not especially cheap either. Do better guys.
I was toying with the idea of upgrading either one or both of the legs of an upcoming trip, and when I looked at the options for both LHR-FRA or FRA-LHR, the lowest bid you can make is higher than the cost of simply buying the upgrade! E.g 212 euros is lowest bid vs 149 euros purchase price. What gives?
The bids for the longer legs are more logical (FRA to Asia)
I never known the correct way to ask for Diet Coke. How do you ask for it?
I'm looking for the everyday colloquial term normal HKers use, not the formal dictionary term.
I realised a lot of my rough itinerary for a trip in December involves walking around outside. E.g. one day walking through Namdaemun Market up to Myeongdong Cathedral, and then to Cheonggyecheon Stream. Another day exploring Hongdae, another in the Hanok Villages.
In fact most of the stuff on my list involves walking outside.
Do I need to rethink and not plan so much walking around? Some in our group are younger and less keen on cold weather.
Also will the Cable car and Namsan in general be freezing?
I am pretty sure I will take a bus from the airport to the hotel as it sounds more convenient.
However on the journey back it will be more time critical and I know there might be traffic. Also if I make a plan to get a specific bus at a certain time, is there a chance I wait for that bus only to find all the seats are taken (we a group of 4) and then have to wait for the next bus, causing a delay?
Edit: thanks for the replies. I'm going to change my plans and aim to get the AREX back to the airport. It's funny I watched a ton of youtubes talking about how great the limousine bus is when going from the airport into Seoul, none of them mentioned this potential gotcha for coming back!
Apparently if I opt to take the AREX back to the airport I can go to Seoul Station, check in early and check in luggage and then go to the airport.
Does this actually save time? Can I check in bags many hours before my flight then explore the city a bit more before actually taking the train (like I can with HK in town check in)?
Also I am flying HK express to HKG, a budget airline. To they take luggage from Seoul Station?
If you wanted to treat your team to a morning treat but more savoury and and breakfasty than pastries, where would you go? Something above M&S level.
I am likely to visit both on my first visit as they are both 'must sees' whilst at the same time often get mentioned as the worst tourist traps LOL quite an irony, right?
But assuming I will go to both at some point please tell me the places to eat there that are still worth it and might pass the standards of Seoul locals. I'm thinking street foods, casual and chain places, probably not high end expensive restaurants unless you guys strongly recommend one.
