Used markets one big joke.

Who is buying these cars?

I was browsing the local used market today and just couldnt stop laughing .

2020 hyundai tuscon with 140k miles for 17k

2018 toyota rav4 with 120k miles for 28k

2022 Honda crv with 160k miles for 22k

Are people this dumb . Who the hell is buying cars with over 100k miles for 20k? These cars are basicly junk.

These wore listed prices without dealer fees and bullshit dealer warranties.

2022 Hyundai Tucson SE intermittent slow crank/no start issue only on first start of the day

I’m trying to track down a weird starting issue with my 2022 Hyundai Tucson SE.

The problem only happens randomly, about 3 days a week. It only happens after the vehicle has been sitting overnight. When I turn the key in the morning, it will crank slowly, then sometimes the cranking will stop completely while I’m still holding the key in the start position. The dash stays on and looks completely normal.

If I release the key and try again, it will usually start normally. After it starts once, it will start perfectly every time for the rest of the day. The vehicle also has auto stop/start, and it has no problem restarting during normal driving.

The battery is a Duralast AGM and is only a few months old. No battery warning lights, no rough running, and it drives completely normal once started.

I dont believe it has anything to do with the ignition as it only happens every few days and only on the first start of the day.

I live in a warmer climate, so cold starts are really around 100 degrees ambient temp, so the ignition is actually cool after the first start and has no issue.

Things I’m wondering:

Could this be a starter solenoid/starter issue even though it only happens on the first cold start?

Has anyone had a similar issue with a Hyundai Tucson?

Any ideas or troubleshooting steps would be appreciated.

3 out of 4 operators have stuck combat ratings!

I'm getting super frustrated. I had played endgame when the game first came out , I leveled up my guy to 60 and then just never played bo7 again until now. When I came back, I saw you could prestige the operators, and they added some new content, so I started playing again. My original level 60 operator is stuck and won't increase combat rating, so I just picked a new one and started leveling up again. I got to level 62 and then got stuck. Did another one and got to level 53 and got stuck again.

There should be a fix for this, especially this late in the games life. After 3 operators, Im probably just going to stop trying at this point.

Adding an edit . When I say stuck, i mean the power collected from events and getting kills does nothing to my combat level. I have done the glitch and multiple world events like the robot and Vtol jet . I gain no levels but yet need to be level 66 to prestige that operator

2022 hyundai tucson 2.5l automatic, delayed engagement going into drive?

I've spent hours researching, and I can't seem to find anything with my specific issue.

The car runs and drives perfectly. There is no slipping or harsh /jerky shifting.

The only issue is when you are going from park or reverse into drive , it just takes a second to engage once it engages everything is smooth and flawless.

The car has 114k miles, and the car fax says the fluid was changed at 80k . I've only had the car a few weeks, so im still doing research and trying to see if it's just a common software issue that could be updated or possibly slightly low on fluid.

I'm hoping a hyundai tech sees this and can help me out with pinpointing the issue. Thank you in advance

Just started watching for the first time and I have a question ?

So Jessica's back story says she's a writer, and yes, she writes some murder mystery books throughout the show, but the more I watch, the more I get the feeling that the episode is actually the book she would be writing. I can't come to understand how this lady would be surrounded by murder constantly and just helping solve the crime .

The episodes also play out like she is the narrator or if someone was reading to you.

It's actually a super good show, and even tho it's dated, it holds up extremely well !

The parking garages at the docks was disappointing.

We are in Tokyo, why are the parking garages not being used at all . They are just hollow shells .

No in-game car meets . No drift story episode.

So many areas of this game just feel half baked.

The time attack tracks have all these bays, yet I still have to go to my house or the autoshow to make any upgrades or tire changes. There are only 2 festival locations, why aren't the tracks festival location.

And here we are playing drip feed with the car list .

Add real content. Like more upgrade parts and customization. I've been playing forza for years and game after game. There is just one single turbo one single twin turbo. 3 exhaust and blah blah. There could be so much more that actually made this game great, and yet ....

Ok, rant over .

They dont pay you enough honestly.

Now, first off, i didn't do any exploits ,

These races need to pay more plain and simple.

Your estate customization can cost 10s of millions, and yet we still get paid max 50k for a real non exploited race.

Some cars are 20 million ........ how does this make sense ?

Im not asking to do one race and be rich, but come on, you're paying out peanuts and charging real life prices for some of these cars.

Tonight was a nice preview for hurricane season.

Today was just one extreme to the next. Early this afternoon, my air conditioning just wouldn't shut off. It ran for hours, and it just couldn't get the temperature down. My bedroom windows wore so hot they felt like radiators. Then, just after dinner, it started to thunder, I said good, we need the rain to cool everything off, but man, I wasnted expecting what followed.

The rain was heavy, the lighting was almost constant, and the wind was intense. The tree in my front yard lost a substantial amount of branches. I was looking out the window when one of them snapped off. It wasn't on my lawn for 5 seconds, and it disappeared. I believe it's about 5 doors down now. Also, I saw the wind try and take a basketball hoop off my neighbors drive way that he had laying down. He was out in the street dragging it back to his yard 10 minutes later, went to look out my back door, and was immediately greeted with a massive downed branch directly on my patio, blocking me in

Just wow, it turned so fast from nothing to something .

Today was my last day in Appalachia!

A few years ago, I stumbled onto fo76. I had been battling some health issues, and Appalachia was my happy place . I never cared about the meta builds or the grind I just played to play. I was the rare person that would invite people to party chats and just have good conversation with while we did whatever.

After having surgery, I spent days laid up in a chair with nothing to do but play f076, and im super grateful for those moments.

Im not leaving because of burnout, im leaving because I just had my first child recently, and this isn't a game. I feel I can play casually.

Today was the first time I had a few hours to play anything, and this feeling of not knowing when I'll be able to play again was looming over me the entire time. Doing my challenges felt pointless as I wouldn't get to complete the entire pass this season ,so I gave up.

Appalachia was there for me when I needed it most, and that's all that matters. I had a blast over the years, so thank you . Thank you to anyone who dropped me loot or sold me cool plans for cheap caps . Thank you to anyone who came to my camp and threw me the heart emote.

Before I logged out today, I took everything out of my vendor and my stash box and found someone to donate it to. Im glad my guns will still be used.

I dont know where the game will be in the next few years, but it definitely won't be where I left it.

I won't be gaming much in general anymore, but fo76 is the only one I had to formally say goodbye to. Thanks again, everyone, for an amazing experience!

Fallout has changed my entire life !

Some people reading this will call me crazy or say it's just a game . I have this problem. I see things and notice things that others just kinda miss or are ignorant to, i try and help explain, but i can never seem to relay them to others in a way that they understand. This has made my life very difficult. Im constantly being dismissed or blown off, but ima try here. So stick with me .

First, I have to say I was raised in a blue collar family . I was rebuilding classic cars with my dad on the weekends and playing video games on school nights. I learned a lot watching my dad turn wrenchs and tackling projects on the house, but my dad never thought I understood what he was doing because I wasnt overly involved, I would just watch . Over the years, my dad started thinking I wasn't learning anything, but I was. I always got good grades in school just from paying attention , I wasn't gifted. I just listened and observed. But it wasn't until I got my first job that I started to see the world we live in differently. The structure of employment is entirely new to me.

At first, I was just like everyone else, i went to work and had fun in my spare time, dated got married, you know the usual stuff but I always knew something about this life felt fabricated, and then I found fallout . I spent hours never leaving the sofa, it was great until I had to go back to the real world.

I thought for a while it changed the way I saw the world, but after a few years, I started to realize it just de programed me. I wasn't a mindless cog anymore.i was watching and analyzing, just like when I was a kid watching my dad, except now it was everything, not just what my dad was working on.

At first it felt like a superpower until I noticed everyone I tried to point it out to, i would just get dismissed or brushed off , my intentions was always good , I would explain how simple something was that was being presented as complicated, or how cheap and easy something was to fix when people would be freaking out about the quotes they received.

Eventually, this created friction with my significant other, and then the fallout tv show came out, and all of a sudden, I had a reference I could pull from that they understood, but i would still get dismissed alot. I walked around, always feeling like I have to prove myself, prove that I knew what I was talking about. To my partner, Fallout was just a show or a video game, and none of it was true.

The sad reality is that the vaults are real. We just aren't coming out of them. We are going in them. Your career becomes your echo chamber, I got family in the medical field. I got family in the retail service field. I've got family in the home construction field. I have family in the financial field. They all fit this certain image that is seen amongst the core members of their vaults spread across the entire world.

You see it in how they talk and handle situations. Sometimes, I get lost watching them and comparing them to a mass amount of people inside their vault.

If you read this far, i appreciate you and hope I've said this in a way that's understandable. I've been watching for a long time, and I've noticed it, but again, im probably still not getting it out correctly.

So I ask you what vault have you decided to go into?

Bought a car from hgreg in Orlando, what a mess .

Last year, I went to the hgreg Orlando location after browsing the website . I found a few cars/ suvs I liked and decided I'd check them out .

Once I got there, they expected to do all the car browsing on a computer with a salesman . They didn't wanna walk the lot with me which I felt was odd, I ended up telling the sales man I wanted to see 3 of the cars we browsed on the computer, he was kinda aggravated by this but went and got the cars and brought them to this viewing area,

All of the cars I asked to see were being presented with a clean car fax with no accident. The first one in the veiw area had significant side scrapes as if it was side swiped, so I passed on that one. The next car showed up, and it looked really nice . The mileage and condition gave the impression it was a leased vehicle and just wasn't boughten after the lease term, so we took it for a test drive.

Before we even turned out the parking lot, the salesman started messing with the radio . I quickly lowered it. As we turned out the parking lot, there was this apparent route that im only allowed to take, and there was no highway driving on this route . That was a little frustrating, so I just did a bit of speeding to see if the car shifted through all the gears smoothly . We get back to the dealership, and i say ok, everything seems to be legit. Let's do the numbers and get this done

I bought the car, put my plate on it and emptied my stuff into the new car, and drove home . A few weeks had passed before I got around to emptying the car of all the junk I put in it when I bought it . Noticed a few days into having the car a rattle coming from the back/ trunk area and figured something i put back there was moving around, so no big deal . I cleaned the car out, and the rattles didn't go away, tho.

I figured the license plate was probably loose, so I went to tighten the screws and that's when I noticed there was a pin hole where some bondo had fallen out ....... so I took the car to my regular mechanic and he explained to me this car had been in an accident and they just did a quick fix and didn't report it . He tells me the damage is very visible if you take the interior panels off .

So now im sitting here with a car I thought wasn't in any accident and was sold me under that interpretation to justify the price, and the whole time, this was a cover-up job to get top dollar .

They always say used car dealerships are crooked, but i never thought a big name like h Greg would go through all this work and not report the accident damage .

The rear hatch had about 12 tig weld spots where they pulled the dent out and a good amount of residue bondo that hadn't felt out . They would have also had to paint the entire rear of the car aswell.

So im coming here to just send a helpful message that if you do find yourself at h Greg to buy a car, dont trust the paperwork . If anything, you're almost better off choosing the ones that have reported an accident because at least you know where to look to see how the repairs are made, and the price should reflect that .

I'd bring the car back, but my return windows are gone, and they would have just eaten a portion of my down-payment on the return for fees like registration and tag, so dont he like me.

There's no way this is premium data ! Dark star network!

I switched to us mobile for the 199 promo for a full year. I chose the dark star network because I live in a very good at&t area and have used other at&t carriers before and had a great experience.

I've noticed the device is always leaving 5g in standby with no way to keep the 5g always active . It never connects to 5g+ ever .

The speeds always seem to be struggling . The download speeds will be 60- 220mbps, but the upload speeds will be terrible regardless. Highest ive ever seen was 4mbps in areas that should be almost double .

They marketed the darkstar network as full unlimited unthrottled premium data , so where is the 5g+? Why does it feel like the device is being held back.

I ran a few tests with 2 different devices today, one on the dark star network and one on crickets network, and I was left in awe .

The us mobile device took about 45 seconds to fine the best server to run a speed test while the cricket device was already done with the speed test.

The cricket device hit 350mbps down with 6mbps up

Us mobile eventually completed the test at 180mbps with 2.4 mbps up .

The cricket device was connected to the 5g+ network while us mobile sat on 5g only .

Something here just isn't adding up. Yes, my device works but not necessarily as advertised.

Areas of the game feel lost and unused now .

I know some of you are gonna say “I run Expeditions every day” or “I launched three nukes last night,” and I get it. But you have to understand… you’re the minority now. Back when Nuka World on Tour dropped and Atlantic City Expedition was new, Appalachia felt alive in a completely different way. You’d log in and hear a nuke warning every hour. Random teams forming naturally. People actually running Daily Ops together because they wanted to, not just for a checklist. Now it feels like the community has become fragmented into these little pockets of veteran players doing their own routines. I honestly can’t remember the last time I saw someone launch on Earl. I haven’t had a real Expedition team in months. Same with Daily Ops.

And the weird part is… the game still has players. A lot of them. People love Fallout 76 more than ever. But somewhere along the way, Appalachia started feeling quieter. Maybe I started playing at the perfect time. Maybe I just didn’t realize how special that era was while I was in it. I kinda wish I could go back and hold onto those moments a little longer.

Recently applied for the cash back credit card mainly for the 0% into Apr for 15 months . When I received the card, there was no mention of this in the paperwork that was sent with it.

When I look at the website, it shows the Intro apr offer right next to the apply button.

Do I call then and ask why I didn't receive the into offer ?

On the papers I received with the card, the only intro offer it presented was 10.99% on balance transfers for 6 months.

What should I do in this situation ?

I spent an hour on the phone yesterday and was assured the subscription savings for Walmart + members were still active, and it was just a glitch .

5 minutes after the call, the subscription savings popped up on the test item I had in my cart , so I spent probably an hour going through the site and getting all my items set back up .

When I was about to checkout, I saw I was a little over budget, so I removed one item, and all the subscription savings disappeared on everything in the cart .

They sent notifications that its ending in June, and I'm not happy about it ether kinda makes having walmart + pointless . And now I can't even use the little time I have left to get my items at the discounted price 🙃

There's a massive difference between moderation and just completely silencing people.

Wasn't enough to ban me. I was permanently muted, too.

Mods have too much power in this space .

Try us mobile. it's a great service, and the 199 for a full year promo is great .

At this point, I'll never use mint mobile ever after this. That was a terrible way to address a situation and interact with a potential new customer in the future .

So to the mint mods, you just lost a customer for life, and I will tell anyone I meet asking about wireless service that mint mobile just deleted and blocks anyone with issues, so the service image looks good .
