Doc said i could either do dozy or moxi (i was hesitant of doxy because of the sunburns) but he said theres a riak of tendon rupture/nerve damage with moxi. So its a pick your poison situation. The thing is no bacteria has been yet found so this would be to help with inflammation more than bacteria he says. Has anyone tried both? Im super scared of pills and their side effects
Talking to this very attractive girl on instagram that i know has to be around 5’8-5’10 because i know her friend from college thats on multiple pictures with her and shes around that height. Ive never gone out with a girl thats taller than me so maybe its an insecurity/ego thing but i wonder if its the right call to tell her my height beforehand to avoid the possible let down/awkwardness that might come with it. Or would disclosing my height just make me look super insecure? Ive been prescribed 100mg of doxycycline twice a day for 2 weeks for what the dr says could be difficult to detect bacteria in the prostate since all labs come back negative. Did a ureaplasma test im still waiting results on but he said to take it anyways. Ive been reading some stories about people getting psychological (even psychosis) side effects from doxycycline. Whats been your experience at treating prostatitis/ non bacterial prostatitis with this antibiotic ? Should i wait for my appointment and ask the doctor for an alternative? Im a very anxious person when it comes to taking medication that pose these type of side effects

Doctor put me on 14 days of 100mg twice a day doxycycline. Im a pretty anxious person when it comes to medication and reading all these stories about psychological side effects (even psychosis) has me doubting if i should start treatment… Whats been your experience?
So i got these lab results done as part of various markers to rule out an autoimmune disease because ive been dealing with chronic urticaria since 2019.

Should i see an endocrinologist? My allergist told me endos usually only start treatment when tsh is above 10 but im not sure. I do have symptoms like fatigue, sensitivity to cold at times (especially my feet), and thinning hair (although that might just be genetic at this point?)
So ive been dealing with daily urethral burning that increases after ejaculation, sometimes peeing and after bowel movements for a year. Ive seen many urologists who have told me a range of things. The last one said it could be prostatitis/cpps and prescribed daily 5mg cialis + a 2 week round of doxycycline antibiotics. So far semen culture, std, urine culture, uti tests have all comeback negative. Im still waiting on a ureaplasma test i did yesterday. Question is, has cialis worked for any of you with similar symptoms? Its frustrating because this started one day last july and has stayed with me for a year now without a cure. I also have pain in the left side of my testicle although not thr testicle itself, more like the veins beside it/on top of it. Im also scared to do thr antibiotics bc ive seen they cause insane sunburns even with little sum exposure (i work in the sun)
26m here, ive been having urethral burning (sometimes gets worse after peeing making it feel like a bit of pee is stuck in the urethra), and pain with ejaculation. Ive done all the std labs, semen culture, uti, urine culture and all negative. Dr also did a prostate check and he says its not enlarged and feels soft how its supposed to. So he believes this might stem from years of heavy weight training or even maybe some autoimmune stuff causing the pelvic floors to tighten/get inflamed. He prescribed 14 days of doxycycline (apparently some bacteria could be hidden) coupled with a daily dose of 5mg cialis. Question is, has this treatment helped anyone before? Ive been to 4 doctors all giving me different explanations and treatments, one even told me i just need a psychologist bc my pain isnt real… All this to say, im lost and not sure whats gonna help, thats why i post this. Is it safe to say this is the best his voice has sounded in over 10yrs? Ive been a fan of his since 2005 and was bummed when after the overdose but specially after recovery his voice was just never the same as when i got into his music. But listening to this performance i think its very close to the original performance he did back in the early 2000s. Maybe theres some backing tracks but i dont think so… who knows it might be possible he got his vocal chords in better health with all the time off hes had from performing lately. In any case, if this is true, i really hope theres a new album or atleast some more performances in the near future
Got these tcb 50s yesterday and while theyre the right size and i like the wider cut im struggling with the rise/crotch area… The crotch seam sits a bit more inward (if that makes sense haha) which makes the crotch ride up and creates this weird fold im not a fan of. What do you guys think? Does it get better with wear or does the rise shrink further and makes the problem worse with washes? For reference these are a 32 and im 160lbs 5’8
Ive had long hair since high school and had noticed slow recession as early as around 21. I havent dont any treatment yet but im wondering if by this stage medication can do anything? Side effects of finasteride scare me and the min shed ive read about too because ive read it takes a while to grow back

Also i find the b01 to have somewhat of a taper and not sure if its the same with the 136? Lastly, if you guys could recommend a pair of double knees that has almost no taper that would be really appreciated. Thanks!

I got this diagnosis in nov last year. Im really unsure what to do because i went to a physiatrist who told me i should just get injections and therapy and not do surgery bc im too young and these surgeries are risky. I went to another one for a 2nd opinion who told me this is a serious and traumatic injury and that i need to go to an ortho, then i went to my old physio who works with pro athletes and told me injections are bad and that i should focus on strengthening before any surgery. For context i used to be college track athlete and also a surfer. My whole life ive been active at a very high level. Ever since the diagnosis ive stopped surfing, running and leg training. Im really lost and not sure what to do. Would like to hear stories of some with similar injuries and what worked/didnt. Appreciate it!
I got these one wash for a pretty good price on ebay, been wearing for the last 2 weeks. Ive been looking for the ideal straight fit for 3 yrs and i always find something i would tweak with the jeans i buy, this is the first one that fits me absolutely how i wanted. Lately ive been really into 50s cuts and vintage levis so while these aren’t vintage i wanted to try Levis take on a 50s cut.
Fit- as i said above, these are the best fitting pair of jeans ive ever owned. Theyre a mid high rise with enough room everywhere, yet theyre not sloppy in the top block atleast for me. They do have a bit of a taper but its much less than in regular stf. For reference theyre wider than my vintage 80s,90s pairs but have a smaller leg opening than tcb 50s which in my size is about 1/2inch wider.
Fabric- well the fabric isnt anything crazy, doesnt have much slub and it isnt particularly heavy but it is neppy and does have good character, really fuzzy. Imo TCB 50s have a much more interesting fabric, but thats just my taste. I have barely no fades but i can see theyre gonna fade with a more electric cool blue tone than say regular stfs.
Details- everything would expect from lvc made in japan, very well constructed. The one gripe i have is that the arcuate curve seems to be a bit different than actual 50s levis but i havent seen any in person so i might be totally off.
(Question to those more knowledgeable, how historically accurate is the fabric, fit and details of japan lvc?)
