Hi there.. i found this dude in a cage and I told him, he has to go his own ways. Now the assassins don't seem to spawn in at all. I thought maybe they will be waiting there for me to either kill them or for them to invite me. But it looks like I now locked myself out of a quest chain I actually intended to do. I also have no save file before I sent bro on his way, since I found him very early in the game. Can I still join them or do I really have to either start a new playthrough or wait until ng+?

I got to the point right after I crafted the mask. Gwylan is not there. Not in the barracks, not on the wall. Same goes for other npcs like the chicken dude on the roof. I have ran across the whole place twice, Rested for an hour, looked again. Rested some more, etc. They are just gone. Like they literally don't show up. What should I do?

They literally have like 30x the hp of their normal versions. If you happen to go into ffyl because Thol charged at you, which is a one shot even with the damage reduction augment from specialization tree, you have no way to get back up. Just because those little robot fucks are so unbelievably beefy. This is just stupid. I get raid bosses are supposed to be hard and I'm not even complaining about getting one shot from full hp, full shield + full overshield. I'm salty because this is just utter bullshit. You don't learn anything from that, other than "play pitch perfect".

In every other fight the ads are meant to be a source of additional ammunition or to get second wind. In S&T they are a nuisance and their sole purpose is to distract you and are meant to be ignored, because you can't kill them without loosing a lot of time. They are especially awful if your build is all about ordnance uptime.

Mechanically the S&T fight is much more interesting than Bloomreaper, but even there you had easy to kill ads for a second wind, should you happen to fuck up. Also a bad choice during Bloomreaper didn't just kill you(besides falling to your death). You take heavy damage for disrespecting mechanics, which puts you into a position you can still recover from. Going into ffyl in S&T tho..... you are just cooked. If you aren't playing Harlowe ( because her action skill stays active during ffyl) you are just instantly dead. Just like that. No chance of getting back into the fight. At least that is my Amon experience. It's a piece of bad design in an otherwise very cool fight. Fuck those little robots. I only have one quiestion. Why? .. seriously, why the fuck do those fucking trash mobs have such disgustingly bloated hp pools? It makes absolutely no sense.

While leveling up my Amon ordnance build in there, I noticed there are invisible walls around the elemental danger zones in the arena. You know... the one in the middle for example where cryo mist is sprayed or the one where it sprays acid throughout the rounds. Ordnance projectiles explode on those invisible walls or bounce off of them ( if you use one that has bouncing projectiles) you can strike those zones from above and using the walls or the floor around them to hit enemies within ( using a Disc Jockey ) but if you aim directly into those zones, the projectiles just bounce off, hitting nothing or enemies behind you. I also killed myself wayy too many times because of those invisible walls, as they only seem to be there for ordnance projectiles. Standing in front of them makes you just unload into your own face.

I run an updated infinite crit Halowe build with the Bod as my main weapon. Haven't had enough luck on her to find any goated pearls. The damage output from Bloom is insane and apparently infinicrit is not enough damage to take him out anywhere near fast. Trying it on UVHM 5 to unlock 6, but... erm yeah. Aparrently one of the highest damge builds in the entire game is not enough? Did I miss some hefty nerfs or something? Are the highest damage pearls a requirement now to get it done? Would appreciate some insight what might be causing my issues. All of my gear is on level and I'm struggling like really freaking hard.

I decided to go for a Gith Paladin run on tactician difficulty and would like some recommendations from the community for builds. I can't really decide. On one hand I would like to focus on strength or to put it better, focus on dealing damage while roleplaying the classic Paladin tank. On the other hand I want him to be a party face so I don't miss out on the dialogues. I haven't played Paladin very much. I like the concept of big swords ( and I think people might know which one catched my eye in particular) while also bringing useful support abilities to the party. What is your pick for a Paladin build? I'm kinda drawn to going 1 level of Hexblade to completely drop strength to be a party face with good damage. Good Idea? 👀 I might be overthinking this a little too hard.

Haven't found a single post about this project. I'm quite baffled nobody in here ever talked about Eternal Valley yet or even mentioned it. Enjoy.

I don't want to expect too much, since sky high expectations will ultimately kill the joy of playing DDDA2.

But.... there's always a "but"... I hope they are challenging and not just a 5 minute endeavor, but more like a small raid or like the 3 paths or sections of Bitter Black Isle, packed with powerful monsters and a boss at the end. With each dungeon cleared the next one opens up. I don't think they had a very big budget for the DLC. But neither did DDDA1. I am confident they will present us a fun expansion.

Hey 👋🏻. Since I have been playing quite a few different combinations of archetypes, I wonder if there is a build that focusses more on fire damage with my favourite gun (sparkfire) in the game.. i saw a few Videos on Youtube but they are quite old and some mentioned Bugs or interactions, that are probably patched out or have been reworked / rebalanced. I would be very happy for some suggestions for rings and amulet, aswell as traits you reccomend for this endeavor.

As of now my loadout contains the following :

Ritualist/ Handler (Miasma / Attack dog)

Sparkfire Shotgun ( because of course)

With fire storm mod and fetid wounds augment.

Cube gun because infinite ammo, or Enigma for bigger crowds.

Amulet of the sun - Fire Stone - Probability Cord - Braided Thorns - Shadow of Misery

For traits I went with the classics, mostly. Regrowth, Fortify, Bark Skin, Untouchable, Siphoner, Handling, Vigor, Spirit, Expertise

I may add, that I'm still missing some items and traits. Simply did not find them yet.

I mostly liked what I saw. There not being a sprint button is a big minus tbh. But what makes it worse is the complete absence of pvp balance. People just can come in with purple gear and single handedly shred your entire team. This will become a gigantic issue if not being adressed. Matchmaking my ass. The extremely awful performance when not playing solo adds tremendously to it. If we take into account, that I'm personally not too big of a fan of full loot pvp, this is still just not fun. I know, it's a beta, but damn... if you call it matchmaking, then please consider putting people with somewhat similar gear up against eachother, instead of making me and others who are just trying to get some mats and gear back up, face a group of 3 in full epic gear. Wtf.. add item level or some shit. It's literally impossible to actually play the game when this is what you have to deal with on the first fucking map in the game EVERY SINGLE TIME. Same goes for when you suddenly get people with epic gear. Other players hardly are a challenge anymore. This is bad.

I literally don't get it. What the fuck am I supposed to do? I followed 3 different guides, everyone explaining it differently, i looked up old posts. Used the toolkit thing and it just doesn't work? Wtf? Can someone explain this shit to me like they would to a toddler? I just see different times are being thrown around. Some say something about having to wait 23 hours, some say you have to set you clock back one hour. Quit the game. Do not quit the game. What actually does work now?! I'm on console btw.

I know the notification can be bugged, but I probably destroyed like 50 statues after death by now without it ever showing up. It's getting ridiculous at this point. I saw other posts from long ago and vastly varying numbers being stated.

Not that i need the items from it in particular. I just want to do it once to never worry about it ever again. I know I did it once on a long lost character but I can't remember how the actual fuck I managed to get through completely undetected. Fuck this event. I tried sniping the fucking robots only for them to survive on literally 1 HP, I tried to use stealth related items that cover my fat ass up, but somehow the mf can still detect you through fucking walls. Idk how many times I rerolled and wasted a fuckton of time to get it to spawn only for the game to decide that the place I'm hiding in is surrounded by glass walls apparently. Remnant 2 can be a janky game at times, but this is just crazy stupid. How the actual fuck did anyone ever get through this? I'm interested in the most cheesy shit you have to offer because holy shit, this makes me so irrationally angry.
