Looking for an oval natural diamond.

(1) I've decided on these:-
0.9 carat
Excellent cut.
Color: D-G
Clarity: VS1-VS2

(2) Unable to decide on these:-
Length: 7.5mm
Width: 5.3mm
L/W: 1.41
Depth: 58%-62%

Do the dimensions look good ?
or should I be looking for a longer diamond (~7.75 or maybe 8mm)
Worried about bow-tie if L/W is 1.45+

Planning to form a sole proprietorship for selling/providing digital products & services like apps, ebooks etc. and market my products & brand on social media.

Just a one person business for now but would like to sell & cater to customers around the world.

1. Should I just do sole proprietorship or LLP or partnership (with a family member) ?
2. I once read its difficult to close LLP once opened. Is that true ?

I’m generally aware paperwork, reporting, taxation, protection etc could be higher for LLP.

I have a Capital one Venture X (Travel), Chase CFU, Discover It (5% rotating).
Husband has Amex gold (Dining/groceries), Chase CSP (Dining), Venture X (Travel), Bofa cashback.

Which one should i get next ?
(1) Interested in Amex platinum for the perks. But just getting 80-100k SUB. So will wait for it to improve.
(2) Wanted to get Chase CSR for the SUB, can make up the AF with forced use. But what next after 1-2 years ? The current perks are very unattractive.
(3) No hotel cards. Hard to stay constrained within a hotel group.

Edit: Decently large expenses upcoming. So high SUB would be nice.
