Might be a dumb thing to say, but do check if the cables in your laptop are connected

Received a legion 5 a few weeks ago, wifi was dogshit, tried with customer service and they pretty much made me lose three weeks. Finally decided to go to a repair shop, in which we noticed that the wifi card was only half wired...

Extremly low connection on brand new legion 5i 15

Just out of the box, was at 12mb per second on my wifi, while my phone was at 200 and smt. No idea why its like that, ethernet connection is fine, but wifi is just horrible,
