Help me to find best *Psychiatrist* in *Mumbai* for *GD certificate*

Hey, I'm finding a good and trans affirmative and safe psychiatrist to get a GD certificate. My friend contacted the Sahyog clinic by the humsafar trust and a doctor Armaan Pandey but they said that appointments are not available now and will inform us later next week or month but I don't think they will do it themselves so we are going to ask them again after a week.

However, by then if y'all know any other psychiatrist who can provide a GD certificate so please tell me.

Prostitution and having Gf/Bfs/others

  1. Personally I think Prostitution is wrong but I don't know why, so can anyone help me understand why it is wrong or right according to you also considering God's perspective (but not the exclusive Conservative christian perspective)?

  2. Is having a partner normal if we consider God's Perspective because On Thanksgiving, the pastor was saying having partners is wrong and letting God choose your life partner is the right way.

Edit: Maybe he meant that arranged marriage is the only valid path because he thinks kissing, Hugging, or even sexual intercourse is wrong before marriage.

Do You believe yourself as both Trans and Biological Women?

Summary of Alyssa Ferguson’s article "I Am a Biological Woman (And a Trans Woman Too)":

Alyssa argues that the term “biological woman” is used by critics not as a strict scientific definition, but to mean “assigned female at birth.”

Her points:

  1. “Biological sex” isn’t a full medical check - No one tests every cell, hormone, or organ. People just look at a newborn’s anatomy and assign a label.

  2. That definition would exclude many cis women too - Women without uteruses, who don’t menstruate, or with different chromosomes would be left out if we used a strict biology checklist.

  3. So “biological woman” is really a social category - It’s based on birth assignment + socialization, not complete biology.

  4. She claims the label for herself - As a trans woman, her hormones, medical care, body, and lived experience are part of her biology. She says she has as much claim to “biological woman” as anyone.

*Core message:* The phrase “biological woman” is being used selectively to exclude trans women. Alyssa says that’s dishonest, and that trans women are biological women too.

[For the full Article: Click the link]

***My Take: Honestly I agree with her. As a trans girl, I also want to be included in the biological female category (because why not, My Biology has diverse traits and I won't give [some] traits the chance to exclude me from the term).

Any other Trans women who feel like this?

*Commenters Note: Please Do not argue on Trans identity, Trans people are diverse and hence every trans person is free to express themselves as they want to. Please only share what you personally Feel.

Allies, Please Read

If you are an ally and meet a person and they tell you about their name and pronouns so please use it, Please don't Use their deadname or misgender them thinking people might judge and They might feel uncomfortable and if you can't so at least call them with a nickname that they like.

My Classmate is an Ally but I get disappointed When she misgender me or calls me by my Dead name when there are other Students or teachers...Although she tries to call me by my true name and pronouns but it only happens when no one's there (sometimes it feels like she doesn't even try). I don't even try to correct her because I'm a very sensitive person and I feel like if I try to explain anything to anyone then I would become a burden to them so I avoid Expressing emotions until and unless they are someone with whom I'm comfortable with. Maybe she thinks that calling me by my true name and pronouns would expose me to judgement from students (for this reason I don't get Angry on her) but I do wish that she knew that I don't Fear the world, I am confident with people who love me and one love is enough to defend me from thousands of hate and hence there judgement won't make me feel sad because if she calls me by my name and pronouns then it will give me euphoria and for me sometimes euphoria Destroys the power of Pain.

Honestly being misgendered by strangers makes me less sad than the one who knows me and calls themselves an ally.

The purpose of this message was to tell that being an ally is not about supporting from behind the Curtains but to stand beside the queers so that your sword of love destroys the power of hate.

For the people who are afraid

As a Trans Girl, I have felt and feel the pain of every trans folks and other Queers. Yes I am an introvert, I am sensitive and empathic but this same emotion made me a Revolution. One day I will be the voice for those who are afraid, one day I will stand on behalf of those trans folks and other Queers who are in need, one day I will provide shelter to these Queers, one day I will bring their rights, one day I will be the voice of Queers in countries where they face death penalty, one day I will Wave the pride flag in countries which prohibits it, one day I will provide to those who are in need. Yes, I am Scared but I'm brave too. Brave enough to Say that one day MANY countries WILL give full rights to LGBT+. Not Immediately but Definitely. One day Queers will be represented everywhere. Many people might demotivate me saying it's not possible in this conservative world, But trust me I and You Can. You are a revolution. stand for those who are afraid. Trust me, we got this. Let your pain be the Fire in you against the harmful society.

Job in Mumbai as a Trans Girl

Job in Mumbai as a trans Girl

Friends, I am 17, and I am gonna leave my house soon because my parents are unsupportive with my career and also they are very Conservative to accept me as trans. So I have successfully contacted a Job provider, it is a waiter job with free accommodation and food but the problem is as a girl, I wanna wear what I like when I go outside and I am scared of what the workers and employers will think when I do it. Also I am also going to start HRT so people will probably see me changing so how will I manage it, what if they judge or start questioning why I am looking like a girl?. Any suggestions or anything I could do...I have not joined it yet though.

Note\*

I need Indian Queers to answer this as this is in the Indian Job market.
