Hello everyone, I could really use some help, I work overseas and my parents back at home live alone, they are driving ford focus 2020 2.0 TDI Automatic, my father said he noticed when in automatic mode around 1600 Rpm when car shifts to higher gear he feels vibration in the car ( under legs) only when switching to higher gear. He went to the mechanic and mechanic told him they will probably need to clean and put new oil in transmission . 128.000 kilometres ( 79.000 Miles) . Any help is much appreciated. Thank you
