is there a native way to permanently kill the AI overview on google yet? (made a minimal extension to do it)

seriously why can't google just give us an opt-out toggle? tired of reading hallucinated garbage at the top of my searches. since existing blockers are super heavy and ask for crazy permissions, i built a lightweight alternative called "hide ai overviews". it strictly runs on the search page, blocks the ai box, and even has a cool "show" pill if you actually need to see the ai answer for one specific search. works on bing and ddg too. zero tracking, completely local storage. just dropping this here for anyone else who wants classic google back without installing bloated software.

taking payments as a solo dev in morocco is a nightmare... how do you guys do it?

hey everyone. im a solo dev working on some saas projects and android apps but honestly im stuck at the payment part. playstore doesnt even support morocco for subscriptions which is crazy. and for saas, most global gateways just ignore us or ban the account randomly after a few days for no reason. anyone here actually figured this out? do i really have to open a US LLC just to get paid? or is there some workaround for solo devs here that im missing? it sucks spending time building stuff just to get blocked by this. any help is appreciated tbh.

Finally, a proper P&L tracker extension for Polymarket (PolyAlertHub)

Just found this extension. Someone literally injected a P&L tracker and fresh wallet data directly into the Polymarket UI. Perfect if you’re tired of manually digging through whale wallets.

I build profitable apps, but the payment system is killing my startups. Why are African/Moroccan founders locked out?

Greetings everyone. For the last couple of years, I’ve been building micro-SaaS and e-commerce projects that actually solve problems and get traction. As an indie hacker, finding product-market fit should be the hardest part, right? Not for me. My biggest bottleneck is getting paid. Every time a project starts making money, payment gateways (like Stripe) abruptly shut down my account with zero explanation. Local banks in Morocco aren't fully supported by the global digital economy, and creating offshore accounts is becoming increasingly difficult. It feels like a "Geographic Penalty." We have the talent, the drive, and the products, but the financial infrastructure actively works against us. Countless African founders are facing this exact same wall. Why is this still happening in 2026? Has anyone from an unsupported country successfully bypassed this without waking up every day fearing a random ban? Would love to hear your thoughts or workarounds.

Got my first fully integrated user. Here’s what actually worked.

Building a CRM for service businesses is tough because they hate complicated tech. Instead of building 100 features to compete with the big guys, I stripped it down and built ONE visual hook: an Amazon-style status tracker for their customers. The shop owner literally cheered because his phone stopped ringing. What was the "aha" moment that got you your first real user?

every "free online tool" makes you upload your private files to their servers. i built 280 that don't.

ever think about what actually happens when you upload your tax pdf or passport photo to some random free converter site? yeah. me too.

so i made footrue.com . 280+ tools (pdf, image, video, dev) that all run right in your browser. your file never uploads, never hits a server, never leaves your laptop. you can turn off your wifi mid-task and it still works.

no signup, no watermark, no ads.

try it on something you'd never dare upload anywhere else.

I built a free tool that scans Google reviews for hidden business problems (zero signups)

It takes 10 seconds. Just enter any business name, and it analyzes public reviews to find exactly where they are losing money due to communication gaps.

I’m literally a god at getting eyeballs but absolute trash at monetizing them.

Just hit 27 million views in 2 days on a fresh page and made $0. How do guys actually convert this kind of insane top-of-funnel traffic? Honestly just looking for advice or if anyone wants to team up. I can break the algorithm all day, I just suck at the sales part.
