I was cooking corn tortillas on nonstick pans. most of the chunks did come off from hand washing, but some bits are still on.

I am interested in going bc they sale a 1 pound bag of tempeh but I don’t want to go for a tempeh only trip. What some other good products?

I plan to pack shelf stable tofu. lentils, canned beans, lentil/chickpea pasta, and possible plant milk. Is there any other shelf stable proteins that I should pack? Also, if you have any travel tips, I will greatly appretiate them.

I left my tofu out over night, in the refrigerato, and I pulled it out today to cook. the top 🔝 f the tofu turned yellow. Can I still eat it if I tear off he yellow and cook it?

What is something that is crispy on the putside, yet soft fatty, semi creamy inside. Burnt ends are the fatty part of brisket.

I had some McNugs and one of them had some cartilage in them and this really freaked me out, like never want meat again kind of grossed. Also, the vegan and vegetarian sentiment on ig makes sense to me as eating the flesh of other animals is weird. Additionally, most of the time I would prefer eating vegetables over meat.
