I am so sick and tired with these airpods

My music was so perfect like a couple months ago, then i turned my headphone accomodations turned on, the airpods equalizer and spotify one. im doing everything i can and my audio quality still sounds like shit(my airpods are perfectly fine btw not damaged or anything)
