Free GPS Treasure Hunt Around Sydney (7km) – Looking for Feedback!

Hi everyone,

I've built a free GPS treasure hunt called Governor's Challenge and I'm looking for feedback from fellow Sydneysiders.

It's a 7km self-guided walk that starts at the Art Gallery of NSW and takes you around Sydney while you solve clues and puzzles along the way.

To celebrate the launch, it's completely free to play for the next month.

I'd genuinely love to know:

  • Was the difficulty about right?
  • Were the clues fun?
  • Was the route enjoyable?
  • What would you change?

If you're looking for something different to do on a weekend (or if you're showing visitors around Sydney), I'd really appreciate any feedback.

I’ve been building Escape Races, a free app that lets you turn real-world locations into custom puzzle races for your friends.

You can:

  • Create your own clues
  • Set GPS checkpoints
  • Invite friends to play
  • Race through the course and compare finishing times

The idea is that you can create something for a birthday, weekend away, family activity, team event, or just a different way to explore your town.

I’m still improving it and would genuinely appreciate feedback from people who enjoy treasure hunts, escape rooms, puzzles or outdoor games.

I've spent the last year building PuzzlePath, a location-based adventure game that turns parks, cities and landmarks into real-world treasure hunts.

I'm looking for 12 Android testers to help me complete Google's new developer requirements before public release.

What is PuzzlePath?

🔐 Escape Room style puzzles
👨‍👩‍👧 Play solo or with friends
🏆 Timed races and leaderboards

What's involved?

  • Install the app from Google Play.
  • Create an account.

The app is completely free for beta testers.

Google requires testers to remain enrolled for 14 days, but there's no obligation to use the app every day.
