I’ve been seeing people say that Meta has stopped responding to GAC appeals because the system has been flooded with a large number of appeals.

Some users are also claiming that GAC has stopped forwarding cases to Meta.

Does anyone have actual confirmation of this? Is GAC permanently shut down, or is it simply experiencing a huge backlog/delay?

If you recently submitted a GAC appeal, please share whether you’ve received any response or had your account restored.

Guys, there has to be some way we can hold Meta accountable. At this point, it feels like they’re taking advantage of users with fake support and AI generated responses in the name of “support.” There has to be a better way to expose this and make them take responsibility.

Guys does anyone know when this ban wave is going to end? Honestly I’m getting frustrated seeing people’s accounts getting banned every single day.

Even Meta has acknowledged that they’re aware of the issue but nothing seems to be changing. Meanwhile people are losing years of content and accounts with little to no explanation or proper support.

I’ve also noticed people complaining about the ratings on Google Play Store with many users giving 1 star ratings while the overall rating doesn’t seem to reflect the frustration people are reporting.

I genuinely think we need to raise this issue together and demand better moderation and proper appeal options from Meta. If this continues what’s stopping similar problems from affecting other Meta platforms like WhatsApp?

Guys let’s all tag Meta on X and tweet about this every day. Otherwise the accounts that are still working today could be banned tomorrow too. We need to raise our voices together and make Meta address this issue.

How is Meta’s moderation supposed to work when sexual content, graphic violence, fights and abusive videos can appear on people’s feeds, while normal users can get restricted or banned for seemingly harmless posts?

If we don’t stand together, Meta will continue doing whatever it wants. Their flawed algorithms and poor moderation are affecting businesses, local businesses, creators, and ordinary users. People are losing income, opportunities, time, and peace of mind.

Just yesterday, I saw someone spend ₹18,000 on Meta Verified Max Premium, yet they were still struggling to get proper help from an agent. If even an expensive subscription doesn’t provide meaningful support, then what are we paying for?

And when we appeal, we’re asked to provide personal information, but there is very little transparency about where our data goes and how it is being used. Guys, boycott Meta and Mark Zuckerberg. Because of their focus on profits and losses, the company is completely messed up, and users everywhere are suffering.

Does anyone know when this Instagram ban wave is going to end?

It really seems like there’s an issue with Instagram’s AI moderation system right now. A lot of legitimate accounts are reportedly getting suspended or banned even without posting, sharing, or doing anything that clearly violates the guidelines.

What makes it even more frustrating is that after an account gets banned, some people seem unable to create a new account from the same device or network, which makes it feel like device or IP-level restrictions may also be involved.

If this is actually a problem with automated moderation, I hope Instagram addresses it soon. Has anyone heard when this ban wave is expected to end or when the moderation system will be fixed?

I’m completely open to starting long-distance if the connection feels genuine That said I wouldn’t want a relationship to remain long-distance indefinitely If things become serious between us I’d eventually want us to figure out a realistic way to be in the same city and build a life together offline as well
