I saw this on the kickstarter (and was excited), but scrolling further down, the ? Ask seemed to be an Ai chat. Does anyone else get the same vibes? I might be in the minority, but I don't want to use an Ai chat bot lol
I'm hoping this can be altered to bring up internet like ecosia or something. What are your thoughts? We won't know anything until minimal confirms obviously, but just starting a conversation.
Did everyone get a chance to look at specs? The minimal phone is listed as a 3000mah battery, while the titan elite 2 pro is 4050mah and clicks is at 4450mah. I know minimal's slogan is to get you off your phone, but I'd still worry about getting a whole day out of it. Any thoughts on the battery or other specs?
I've voice trained, deleted and redownloaded, cleared the data, reset my phone, and ensured that Google is my default assistant.
When I go into the Google assistant app, it says that notifications are blocked, and it's greyed out. There are also no permissions for me to allow.
When I say "hey google" or "okay google" even when unlocked, the assistant does not pop up.
How do I fix this?
Side note: I do not want Gemini, so please do not recommend switching to that.
I bred my tama with another, and I got the opposite color and eye combo I wanted. I don't want to raise this tama. Do I just ignore it until it dies? It won't let me get a new egg.
I purchased a Samsung s25+ from a seller in Florida. I assumed it to be a legit US version because it's coming from Florida. However when turned on, the colors don't seem right. They turn like a purple-ish color.
The device says it's certified in the play store, and Swappa said the IMEI is legit (but that can be faked).
When checking the cameras, the middle one was covered by my finger at 1x zoom. The bottom one was covered by my finger at 10x. And the top one was covered by my finger at 0.6x.
I'm hoping I'm just paranoid, but please let me know if there are other verification methods!

From my research, a Japanese VCR should play US tapes because they both use the NTSC versions. I just bought this VCR, and I even bought a power converter, so that it'll only get 100V (white box as seen in video).
However, whenever I put a VHS tape in, it thinks about it, then turns off, and the tape in light flashes. When I power it back on, it immediately ejects the tape.
What is the issue here? Is it something internal?
I recently got my conch punch (pics for reference), and it's still healing. I'm worried about wireless earbuds and even my loop earplugs when going to concerts getting in the way.
Prior to getting this, I had looked into the open earbuds style. Sometimes normal in-ear earbuds can irritate my tragus piercing since it's pushing against them for so long. Now I'm not sure the regular earbuds would work either.
I watched a YouTube video where the sponsor was raycon bone conduction earbuds, and I'm thinking those might be the go to. Doesn't solve my earplugs issue though...
Any other heavily pierced people out there who can provide suggestions on good earbuds and earplugs for concerts?
I'm looking at the pixel watch 4, but I don't have a pixel. From what I'm seeing online, it seems that the pixel watch is best to work with an android, even if it's not pixel. You have access to almost everything on the watch.
My question is 1. Is that true? 2. Would it work with oneplus or the unihertz titan elite 2?

I'd like to get a watch 8, and I'm seeing that it would work with other android phones, but that certain features like the health tracking are locked to Samsung ecosystem only.

I recently switched to Google Fi from spectrum mobile less than a month ago. I was using an iPhone 13 mini on spectrum. When I got my Google Fi sim, I set it up on a OnePlus 13 and transferred my number over.
Everything was fine initially. I had rcs messaging, and it was all normal, but about two weeks ago, I lost rcs messaging. App is up to date, system is up to date, nothing had changed. Just one afternoon it decided no more rcs.
I've tried every recommendation the chat bot has given, reset messages cache, reset communications cache, uninstall and reinstall, etc.
I even tried taking my sim out, uninstalling the fi app, restarting, and setting up again. Just now, I tried putting the sim in my old pixel 3xl. Still no rcs messaging available. It continues to give me the "verification failed. Awaiting retry. Limit exceeded" message.
I'm about to lose it because there is zero reason for me to not have rcs messaging. I'm even contemplating buying a new pixel to see if that would work! I'm at a loss. Anything that can be recommended to help?
So I'm the person with the screen flickering issue that I've posted about twice and sent to ikko twice.
They finally accepted taking the phone back for either repairs or replacement. Well, I'm in the US, and USPS would not accept the phone because it was a "used battery". Fedex would not accept it, and UPS was going to charge over $200 USD to send it back. I'm not going to pay another $200 for the CHANCE to get a working phone when I already paid for the phone itself.
I emailed them this information and requested that they send me a shipping label or provide a US hub that I could send the phone to since they sent me a faulty device. Radio silence from them. I followed up, and this response came about 2 days later.
So now instead of sending my obviously hardware issue phone back, I get told to install updates once again, which didn't work upon receiving it or waiting the additional 2 months for them to create another OTA update.
To say I'm disgruntled is the minimum. I have a $300+ brick, which I cannot sell to recoup any money, and ikko is not taking me seriously. I'm open to any shipping suggestions or otherwise to get this fixed.
