For context I've been writing for a while now. And I feel I've plateaued so I wanted books that helped you to write better.
You can also give some writing tips too then helped you use these books well.
I think writing should be honed. But I haven't done any of that yet

I get so triggered when people criticize my writing with no valid feedback. How do I work on this. Because I think it could become a problem.
I'm currently at the suckish stage. Where my art doesn't suck but it's not good enough either, it doesn't hit the depths of any of the fundamentals its kinda just in the middle.
From I'm what I'm seen from other artists there was a period where they were able to break this plateau and just get good.
I draw most days so I'm constantly practicing but I'm not too sure how to break the plateau yet. Any recommendations?
I'm using an Fe 1.8/50 the Sony a7s2 on manual is giving me an apeture range of 5.0-6.3. when j change it to screen I can get f 2.8. what's going on

This post isn’t about motivation. It’s more about that spark and the discipline that followed thereafter to work on your business for years even when you were unprofitable

The substack algorithm has very slow growth, I used to share my substack posts to my followers, but it gets annoying for some people real quick. And I reasoned since they didn't have substack accounts it was a waste to send them the posts. Since then I've been relying on substack's notes system and follow for follow. The growth is slower than I anticipated and I haven't gotten any viral posts yet. So I needed some perspective on communities I could share my substack posts where it could actually gain traction
