I was editing a couple of friends works and I noticed there was some sensor damage. My mentor told me it’s a normal thing in the industry and I was wondering how true that is and if so doesn’t it affect the quality of work

It has a big budget indie film look to it that might get other people trying to replicate that style many years later. I’m still halfway into it, can’t say I’m particularly enjoying it because of the pacing in the first half. But it’s intriguing. The tight shots nailing the feel of claustrophobia and the sense of dread building kinda reminds me of some popular titles like Escape room and maybe Saw. What do you think
I’m talking purely monochromatic WITHOUT LIGHTS IN THE MONOCHROMATIC SHADE YOU WANT.
So using let’s say white lights, while aiming for a yellow color grade in post. With just different brightness and saturation levels of yellow in a scene can you achieve the depth needed?

There’s no logical reasoning for it. He’s a bad character through and through but you can’t help but acknowledge his genius
Initially I had favorites like Lucy (obviously) then it became Diana then season 3 happened. She’s had so much growth as a character it actually really surprised me. Both her and Wrigley
I'm curious to hear your thoughts on this. I know a lot of people whove watched Breaking bad but haven't watched snowfall and vice versa. So I'm always getting divisive opinions on this
I'm reading Freud for perspective. But the sexual imagery and insistence seems a bit much. So l wanted your thoughts

Maybe it's because I'm still watching Tell me lies but honestly the escalations always catch me off guard. Yet they are very in line with what the characters would actually do. Love this series
It kinda looks to me in some sick way that Stephen actually might care way more for Lucy than he's letting on. And it's weird because I can't tell if he's doing to protect himself or he might actually like her
Which is the best book for giving me frameworks on dialogue for writing stories and copy. I’m a story writer and marketer I learnt from a number of marketers that the best dialogue is from storywriters so I wanted to know what books or course helped you best for great dialogue
