Having black coffee and a proyein breakfast today - a little update, I'm now on mounjaro (316 pounds down to 303 pounds in 18 days)

I decided to go on mounjaro privately. It's been a massive help since my appetite was also really big before, now it's dramatically reduced and I'm the lightest I've been in a while! Having black coffee and a savoury protein filled breakfast
