Looking back at old photos, it’s kind of crazy how much I feel like I’ve changed. The first picture I was 22 or a bit younger (I think) and me now at 27!

I’m looking forward to the day I get top surgery, it will be a big achievement! Just feeling kind of sad about myself but I’ve come far:

Been on hormones for about a year and 3 months. My chest gets me down though. But I know once I’ve lost the excess weight I can finally get surgery to relieve so much discomfort - I’m grateful for this sub Reddit though! Nice to see other guys on here at different stages in life. Thanks for all the comments and help on all my posts :)

Meal prepping’ including today’s and tomorrow’s lunch (with chia seed pudding):

So I decided to prep today and tomorrow’s lunch. I don’t think I’ve ever leaked prepped before, just go with the flow. Feels strangely good to prep my lunches though.

I’ve got crunchy chick peas with cooked carrots, peppers, tomatoes and mixed crunchy beans/pulses. Tofu wraps with multi seeded wraps. Same for tomorrow. Did 4 days worth of chia seed puddings with different toppings with cinnamon on top:

Healthy-ish (demolished) Mac n’ greens

Made mac n’ greens but added stir fry veggies and soy milk for a little bit of protein in the white sauce. I used Lidl vegan cheese and sprinkled some on top at the end with white breadcrumbs . My dad who isn’t vegan couldn’t taste any different with normal cheese he said and nearly ate it all! I saved some for my mum
