30 [F4R] India/anywhere - Looking for a fun little heartbeat experiment 🫀✨

**Apparently, I have a new favorite kind of experiment. 🌸❤**️

I recently ended up chatting with someone from my post, and somewhere in the middle of our conversation, their heartbeat and blood pressure started climbing.

We actually noticed it happening in real time, which was honestly so fascinating to me. 😂 There was something ridiculously cute about watching the numbers change while we were just talking.

It made me wonder how much our bodies give away before our words do. Like… you can say “I’m completely calm” while your heart is apparently filing a completely different report. 😭❤️ I loved the whole experience half science experiment, half unexpectedly sweet conversation.

So now I’m slightly tempted to do the experiment again. Find someone curious enough to play along, have a genuinely good conversation, maybe compare a few heartbeat/BP readings before and during it, and just see what happens. No pressure, no weird expectations just two people being curious and letting the heart do some of the talking. 🫀✨

Honestly, I didn’t expect a random conversation to turn into something this fun. But now I’m curious and if you own a blood pressure monitor it’s the best thing for the experiment.

30 [F4R] India/anywhere - Looking for likeminded people, good conversations 🌸

Hi hi! 👋🏻

I’m 30, work in tech and spend most of my weekdays coding, working, overthinking things and then pretending I’m not tired 😂. I also genuinely enjoy meeting and chatting with new people and spending time with family. I have a Master’s from abroad and have spent more than half a decade abroad and have travelled quite a bit, so I’ve had the chance to experience different cultures and ways of life outside the usual Indian bubble. I’d say I’m pretty open-minded, curious and comfortable talking to all kinds of people ✨

Outside work, I’m very much a girly girl 💅🏻 I LOVE makeup, skincare, shopping, dressing up and spending an unreasonable amount of time deciding what to wear when I’m literally going somewhere for coffee 😂. I also love good conversations, discovering new places, random plans, food, travelling and people who can make me laugh. I can be mature when required but I’m also very capable of being ridiculously childish with the right person 🙈

I’m independent, affectionate, fairly confident and definitely opinionated 😌 I really value kindness, emotional maturity, good communication and someone who has their own personality/life/interests. I like people who can have serious conversations one minute and then send me the dumbest meme they’ve ever seen the next 😂 I’m not really interested in drama, mind games or people who think being emotionally unavailable is a personality trait.

And because apparently turning 30 unlocks a completely unnecessary DLC pack 😂 I now have back pain, random calf pain and occasionally my blood pressure decides to keep things interesting. So if you’re also in your 30s and your body has started betraying you for no apparent reason hello, fellow survivor 🤝🏻😂

If you’re going to message me, please give me something more than “hey” or “hi” 🙃 Tell me a little about yourself what you do, hobbies, places you’ve travelled, your weird interests, political opinions, something you’re currently obsessed with, literally anything. I’d much rather have a real conversation than exchange “how are you?” for 47 messages 😂😂

I know I’ve used a lot of emoticons and I love ❤️ it as it makes the reader smile 😊

How often do you get your blood pressure checked?

I was wondering how many of you actually get your blood pressure checked regularly.

For the longest time, I assumed it was something only older people or those with existing health issues needed to worry about.

But recently I’ve been hearing about people in their 20s and 30s discovering they have high blood pressure completely by accident because they felt “fine.”

Now I’m curious and have a few questions :

Do you get it checked only during annual health checkups or doctor visits?

Do you have a BP monitor at home?

Has anyone here been diagnosed with hypertension at a younger age?

I feel blood pressure is one of those things we don’t think about until it becomes a problem, even though checking it takes barely a minute.

Would love to hear your experiences and whether regular BP checks are something you consciously keep track of.

Could a sudden headache and dizziness be due to fluctuating blood pressure ?

Hi everyone, I woke up with a terrible headache and a bit of dizziness this morning.

It’s too early to visit a doctor right now, but I’m worried my blood pressure might be fluctuating.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Any immediate suggestions on what I should do until I can get medical help?

Someone’s misery is someone’s content “inframe:pooja_gother_nimish”

I don’t know what gets in these people’s head that they’re using yes using someone’s misery as a content. Extremely insensitive.’

Does anyone else struggle with health anxiety?

Like your reports are normal, doctors say you’re fine, but your brain keeps convincing you that something must be wrong.

I find myself checking my BP, pulse, oxygen levels, or googling every tiny symptom way more than I’d like to admit.

How do you deal with it and stop spiraling?

How do I act normal and not overwhelmed when I’m with my crush ??

So I’m in a bit tricky situation.

So I’ve a crush on one of our past classmates who’s now a mbbs dr and has a clinic nearby. We 2 have always got along really really well but haven’t asked out each other formally yet.

Now last month one of my friends got some issues and she’s alone in the city so I took her to his clinic. All good till here but after doing her checkup and consultation he just asked casually if I’d like to get my vitals checked out and I innocently said yes.

Now my pulse and Bp readings betrayed me as soon as he came closer. He blushed , I felt embarrassed and we left the clinic.

Since then we’ve been flirting with each other and it’s going really well.

But the thing which I love is that whenever we’re chatting or flirting my watch sends me fast heartbeat notifications which he enjoys too much. I too enjoy and blush like anything but lowkey I feel embarrassed as well. He openly says that next time on a date he’ll check my pulse🥰🫣

Is this normal reaction from my heart ? Why does it feel so overwhelming (in a positive way) because I’m actually losing my sleep over this ? 😅 is this how love initiates ?

How often do you get your blood pressure checked?

So I was reading some heart health article and it was mentioned that a lot of people don’t even know what their blood pressure is and hypertension is known as the silent killer as it doesn’t have any symptoms.

So just wanted to ask how many of you regularly get your blood pressure checked? I get it checked regularly as I’ve had some high blood pressure readings in my late twenties.

I believe we all should regularly get it checked as we’re over 25 and it doesn’t take much to do so.

What’s the most embarrassing way your crush found out you liked them? 🥺

Yesterday I took a sick friend to my crush’s clinic as he’s the known dr in the city.

I never knew he’d end up checking my heartbeat and blood pressure too saying why not I get checked out my vitals, and I’m pretty sure my heart chose that exact moment to expose every feeling I’ve been hiding. 😭

He looked at the readings, looked at me, and started blushing. I immediately turned into a tomato and practically wanted earth to swallow me.

The worst part? I haven’t been able to sleep since. I’ve spent the entire night replaying that moment and wondering what must have been going through his mind when he saw those readings.

Please tell me I’m not the only one whose heart has absolutely zero loyalty around their crush.

What’s the most “unromantic” thing that feels insanely romantic to you?

For me, it’s listening to his heartbeat sometimes using his stethoscope or sometimes directly with my ears. The way it gets slower when he’s calm and suddenly faster during certain moments… ufff 🫠❤️

And the eye contact while doing it? I genuinely start blushing every single time. It feels so intimate and comforting in a way I can’t even explain.

How often do you all check your blood pressure?

I have BP fluctuations so I end up checking mine pretty often, especially when I feel dizzy, anxious, weak, or get random palpitations. Sometimes it’s low, sometimes it suddenly spikes for no obvious reason and it honestly gets exhausting mentally too.

Wanted to ask other women here, do you monitor your BP regularly or only during doctor visits? Do you keep a BP machine at home? And if you also deal with fluctuations, what lifestyle changes/things helped you manage it better?

Would genuinely love to hear experiences because I feel like not many people around me understand how annoying BP fluctuations can be.

Thank you Rohit Sharma for making us believe that winning trophies is extremely easy because apparently winning trophies with “good” team is easy. Your haters and jealous fan base often accuse you for winning with “good team” but no contribution who conveniently forgets that you’ve 2 50+ scores in finals which is more than their idols have appeared in finals 😂

Thank you Rohit Sharma for making us believe that MI crossing 200 means MI won the match because under your captaincy we never let anyone chase 200. Even that streak is broken now 😅

Thank you Rohit Sharma for making a choker team like MI a team with legacy which 8/10 teams are still dreaming of 😂.

Thank you Rohit Sharma for ending India’s trophy drought for 11+ years and delivering 2 trophies within 9 months and a tight slap to those who mocked you for being pregnant.

Thank you Rohit Sharma for being wholesome , non-problematic, Shana and preparing a lot of youngsters under your leadership who goes to other teams and says that MI has bestest people from top to bottom while they themselves were our find 😂

We know that your goal is to win 2027WC so may god bless you with the World Cup next year 🧿💙
