Wasnt part of this reddit when I had my E. Walckenaeri, its been almost a year since she passed but please enjoy this dramatic moment 😭

Seller lied to me about her age and care needs so unfortunately I only had her for a few months before she passed unexpectedly, but man she was so cool! My first ever spider, now I have a jumper who is getting pretty old and I wanna get another Eresus sp. once she passed.

THIS POST of her got quite some traction last year you folks might enjoy also.

Could this tank be suitable for E. Walckenaeri? 8”x8”x12”

Currently housing a jumping spider. I do have bioactive soil and a plant which i figure I would have to remove. But other than that, if I get some more cork bark for hiding, would this be okay for an adult?

Black goo coming out of my worms buttholes and also maybe mouths?!?

Not sure what this bedding is called exactly but its in the pics. I havent fed them whilst theyve feed in the fridge for about 2 weeks and I don’t remember what I fed them before that, i think carrot slices and an attempt at banana. Took then out yesterday to feed some apple and when i checked in on them, there was weird black goo…I think its coming out of mouths and butts but idk…Never seen this before and Ive had many mealworms…Help?? Safe to feed????

Looking for potential inhabitants for 8x8x12 inch enclosure.

Currently using for a jumping spider, and more than likely will continue to do so, but i’m curious if there’s anything else that could be comfortable in there (once she passes, as i know its almost her time..) I’d love to keep more spiders, I know most arboreal tarantulas are too big, but I’m open to pretty much anything, I am very comfortable with critters. I LIKE critters I can handle on occasion, but not necessary!

When I am in the sun (with or without sunscreen) I get these SMALL blister-like spots (they pop and have a little clear fluid) all over my arms and sometimes legs if I have shorts on…Am i okay?

Looking for ID on two spiders, found at a campground, Marquette MI

First spider made his sheet/funnel type web in some thimbleberry bushes. Second one was on the cash-box for the firewood, second one is so very small.

How I could get reimbursed for taco bell giving me extra…

i’m not actually gonna do this causei don’t want the employees to get in trouble but i a large instead of the regular nacho fry i ordered (Score!!! no complaints! insert gif of rodrick(?) going “yessss” sitting down) but i thought about how crazy someone would be to complain about this “order mistake” and then i thought about how it could be rationalize (for fun?) and i said…they owe me to dispose of their waste that i didnt order (the “extra” fries)…i think it would work but i dont wanna find out
