A curse that was formed after a terrorist attack and fed off all the negative energy it created, due to this it evolved to be about as sentient as a finger bearer, and within a month of coming into existence, had killed a total of 82 people.

It manipulates fears, it knows fears just by witnessing your cursed energy, it can then create illusions of those fears out of cursed energy, if you show fear in them, they active with 3 possible outcomes. 1.nothing-nothing. 2.fear amplification-amplifies your fear causing immense heart rates, inability to move, and to anyone that isn't good at managing fears, death. 3-fear manifestation-the fear manifests as a shikigami for the curse to control, it can control it and store it for later use like curse manipulation, whatever the feared thing can do, the shikigami can do, the shikigami do not however have their own CE, and instead use the cursed CE to attack and live, greatly reducing its mobility during use. The stronger the shikigami, the higher the cost. This is the least likely option to occur out of the 3.

Upon 1 of these options happening that becomes the only option that can happen using that fear ever again. The user can also feed off of the negative cursed energy made from the fear exhibited from it's targets.

It would later go on to rack up a killstreak of 2,836 people before being fully recognised as a special Grade during an event where it performed an incredibly large domain expansion during a mission involving 2 grade 3 sorcerer's. The domain it raised nearly completely filled the veil it was in. At a later date the curse was located and a special Grade sorcerer was dispatched to take care of it, the sorcerer managed to defeat the curse but suffered great mental anguish and had to take leave.

They reported the domains sure hit effect as a nightmare, where your body couldn't move as you experienced your worst fears. He managed to win by overcoming the fear he was shown due to lack of emotional capacity after being so surrounded by fear. Meaning the surehit effect [to show someone all of their fears at once and amplifying their power and manifesting them] was shown with nothing to do, as at the time he had no fears due to his emotional separation. This meant he wasn't paralyzed in fear allowing him to catch the curse that was basking in his torment off guard, discharging a large quantity of positive energy directly into it's body using "yuta tactics", this attack didn't fully kill it, but effectively made it harmless and ended it's domain.

The appearance of the curse was unknown, as it decided to take on the form of your fears, meaning anyone who saw it's form was it's first victims.

Yuji-he would just overcome the fears like let's be real, this guy heard a motivational speech after his friends died and was ready to go, he will overcome his fears and punch the curse to oblivion. Kenjaku/Geto-all fun and games til the curse sees it's fears.

Anyone with heavenly Restriction-the technique requires the target to have ce, and I don't think a big shikigami that is basically just an extension of the curse will deter em. Naoya-buddy only fears women being in charge and after 10 seconds of living through that fear will just start gettin pissed off and use the misogyny mushroom from super men boys and pillow punch it to death.
