Did anyone here experience a 'Being of Light' or see deceased relatives during their NDE? How did you interpret who or what they were?

I had cochlear implant surgery again on my right ear on September 2. After surgery, I experienced vertigo and pain. Today is September 6, and I’m still having pain. Sometimes it gets worse, and I get sharp pain on and off. I also feel a lot of pressure inside my ear.

Has anyone experienced this after cochlear implant surgery? How long did the pain and pressure last for you? Also, how many days after surgery did you feel comfortable driving and getting back to normal activities?

I’m curious which number of kids felt the hardest for you day-to-day and why. I’d also love to know the age gaps between your kids and whether you think the age gaps made a difference! :)

I have a 28-month-old and a 10-month-old, and having two kids is much harder for me than having one! But I’ve always wanted 3 kids. I’m an only child, so I’m curious—when my kids are 6 and 4.5 years old, would that be a good time to have a third? I know it’s early to think about, but I’m just curious!

I’m thinking about having one more baby in 2030, when my kids will be around 6 and 4.5 years old, but I’m nervous about going from 2–3. I’ve always wanted 3 kids since I was in middle school, and I’m also an only child, so I don’t really know what having 3 kids is like.

Do you think the difficulty depends more on the number of kids, or does the age gap between them make a bigger difference?

Hi! Ok, so I am a mom with 2 kids and husband is in the Air Force. I can’t decide if I should be medical assistant or dental assistant the rest in my life. I love to help people, I am CNA for years but want to change to medical assistant or dental assistant.

I maybe want to go to licensed practical nursing school but like in 2032 when my husband get out of Air Force and when our kids are older, so it will be easier than now. I’m not sure about licensed practical nursing though.

What is your thought? Do people like being medical assistant or dental assistant? What are pros and cons?

Hi! Ok, so I am deaf with cochlear implants. My 2 years old daughter is also deaf. She just got her cochlear implant this May and no speaking yet. I tried to read books with her, to play farm animals, and so on. Do you have any recommendations is good for speech delay to learn? She go to speech therapist 1 time every week. Thanks!

Hi! I'm planning to apply to a Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) program in 2027. I haven't taken the TEAS exam yet, but all of my prerequisite grades are A's and B's except for my statistics class, which I got a C in.

Would you recommend that I retake my statistics class, or should I focus on getting a higher TEAS score instead? If a higher TEAS score would help offset my C in statistics, what TEAS score (or percentage) would give me the best chance of being accepted?
