While I am disappointed that Sony will stop making physical games, and the PS6 probably won't have a Disc drive, this is partially our fault. As consumers, we watched physical media being increasingly phased out, and didn't protest it. Disc drives were removed from computers, and we were silent. CD players were removed from Cars, and we were silent. Now that it's happening to Consoles, we now notice that it's a problem? We should have been protesting this a decade ago so it wouldn't come to this point.

I've noticed that many Informal fallacy descriptions assume various philosophical positions and frameworks, and also assume that alternate frameworks are incorrect. Like "Appeal to consequences" assumes that the the pragmatic theory of truth is incorrect, "Relativist fallacy" Assumes that relativism is false without proving it false from within that system. "Retrospective determinism" assumes that Hard determinism/fatalism is false without proving it,"Etymological fallacy" assumes that descriptivism is correct and prescriptivism is incorrect, etc. There are many other examples, but these are just a few. Rather than arguing for why those positions are incorrect, they're just labeled as "Fallacies" and the explanation for why it's a fallacy is simply because the framework is incorrect. No argument is given for why the framework is incorrect. This seems like Question-begging. (Note, this only applies to Informal fallacies. Formal fallacies are purely structural errors.)

There are so many samples posted every day on Watzatsong, and some samples have hundreds of listens, but it seems like they don't become major lostwaves anymore (although they did in 2020-2023).

Basically, since people treat them as "Like" and "Dislike" buttons, what would happen if Reddit actually made them function that way?

The full versions of most of these seem to be lost.

This song was featured in the montage segment of AFV season 18, episode 20, but I have been unable to identify it. Even The AFV wiki page for "music montages" lists it as "Unknown (Lyrical Song) - Unknown". Does anybody recognize it?

Ever since last year, when I select a year on the "Date Posted" filter, I still get posts from other years.

A lot of people don't know this, but if you want to avoid constantly seeing irrelevant posts, just click "Feeds" and you'll only see posts from your friends and followed pages. This really should be the default because it's frustrating having to do this every time you go on Facebook. (And I'm pretty sure it once WAS the default, as recently as early 2019.)
