We made the call. Moving to Raleigh at the end of August and I am genuinely losing my mind trying to figure out the logistics of a long distance move from Brooklyn.

Called probably 6 companies this week. Two are already fully booked for August, one gave me a quote over the phone in literally 4 minutes without asking a single question about what we have, and another wanted $800 upfront before I even signed anything.

I knew August would be competitive but this is worse than I expected. Anyone done a NYC to NC/SC move recently? did you find someone reliable or did it take forever? also is the deposit thing normal or is that a red flag?

I keep getting different advice about protein after vs before workouts. Watched some YT videos and was more confused than when I started because they all cited different studies, sources, etc. and had different recommendations. Is there a right answer here or is this one of those things where it depends on your workout and body? Sorry if its a simple question but I don't feel like Ive ever gotten a straight answer to this. Prefer answers from people who have tried both options and compared. Thnx..

Been doing a quarterly IT review for two years. Ticket volume, resolution time, SLA adherance. Leadership nods as always meeting ends and nothing happens.

I don't think metrics are wrong exactly but I also don't think they're answering any question a VP of finance is actually asking. 94% SLA adherence is meaningless to someone who doesn't know what an SLA is. And ticket volume going down couldmean your team is getting more efficient or it could mean employee have stopped bothering to report things.what yall using that actually landing for other people in these reviews.

Ran a CTV campaign last quarter, vendor pitching HHI $100k+, purchase intent, full demo stack. Asked them to break out what percentage of impressions actually matched to the segment vs. defaulted to unmatched delivery. They couldn't. Or wouldn't. And that's you're paying a data CPM premium but a huge chunk of those impressions are just broad buys in disguise because the household ID didn't resolve. So you end up with a blended result that looks like the targeting worked when you're really just measuring your broad audience on a more expensive buy

Linear contextual is underrated for this too. You're just buying programming that attracts who you want and yea its a less sophisticated pitch but I've seen it outperform demo-targeted streaming and the CPMs aren't insane.

I don't even know where to start with this. I've been a 34G since my early 20s and I srsly believed comfortable bras just weren't a thing for me. I accepted it, it was my fate, this is what happens for all us bodacious Ladies. Underwire digging into my ribs by noon, straps falling off one shoulder, that specific misery of taking your bra off at the end of the day and feeling the indent marks ifykyk. I tried a bunch of stuff were talking department store fitting that put me in completely wrong sizes, those t shirt bras that always say theyre my size but gape at the top and dig into me everywhere else and a brief and VERY expensive mistake with a fancy boutique brand ( I will not name names don't ask).

Finally did the calculator here and it sent to 32GG. I was skeptical but still I tried a Freya Idol balconette and I literally stood in front of the mirror for ten minutes because I couldn't believe how it felt. No digging! No falling straps!! Just like normal bra I barely felt. It's possible??

I know every bust is different and what works for me won't work for everyone. But I gotta know for those of you with bigger busts, what's the bra you'd pry out of someone's hands before giving it up?

Growth marketer at a midsize DTC brand. We've been a paid social and search shop since day one and that where all our performance data lives and our team has deep experience there.

We keep getting pitched on CTV/OTT/TV so it's come up a bit more internally and I feel like weve heard it at every conference in the past year. Does it make sense for DTC brands? The company has been evaluating a few different TV platforms but I'm not totally convinced it's the direction we should be moving.

Been on 7oh for a few months now, sitting around 100-150mg a day (honestly can't say for sure bc I use powder and dont measure consistently). I've made up my mind that I want to quit and I'm trying to go in with realistic expectations . Been doin LH strips for months now and I'm just starting to think they're not for me at this point. Dark line, BD and then nothing... last cycle I had like 3days straight of almost positives and still came out the other side with zero clue if anything actually happened...

Researching for my prob and Inito keeps showing up..progesterone tracking is what's got me curious since apparently that's the part that actually confirms ovulation instead of just vibes and faint lines and that's the exact thing I can't figure out right now... But also not trying to gamble hundreds of dollars on a gadget that might just confirm my cycle is as chaotic as I think it is.

Anyone actually using inito want to be brutally honest with me?? Does it work or is it just a fancier way to share at numbers and still not know what's going on..?

it's a great restaurant. The pasta is legitimately one of the best things I've ever eaten. drove past last tuesday, his car was right there, and now that place belongs to that feeling forever. I'm not even sad about him anymore. I'm sad about the pasta. grief is weird
