I am 17 and before my sophomore semester of collage I made the decision to work to become a fire fighter. My local station only requires any 15 collage credit hours if you are not certified already ,but you would spend 9 month gaining ems and fire certificate. would it be more worth it to finish out my original degree plan or to switch completely to gain certification on my own prior to acadamy - Thanks

for context My dream job in the civilian world is police officer, but I need to be 21 and im looking for stable careers to pass the time. Ive looked into being an mp in all branches and have started my talks with recruiters, though I heard someone post something like this before, and they got suggested the coast guard. I just wanted to get a second opinion from other branches

in october of this year I had a serve psychosis episode induced by synthetic weed and I still struggle to tell what happened versus what is in my head and every day I am so scared that my life is all an illusion and I am still dying on the floor

I experienced what felt like a month in my own hell and anytime I try to do anything my family still rubs it into my face like some kind of trump card and call me selfish and how they are the ones who suffered I cannot even smell cart smoke without shaking and having a panic attack
