I was playing Xaku and when I casted Xata's Whisper it looked like crap, even worse than before. I was confounded as to why it was changed and then I realized "Oh right they changed Nidus, and because Xata's Whisper visual effect is literally a copy paste of Nidus Parasitic Link, it affected Xaku aswel"

Im livid. Not only the visual effect is still ugly af goo that covers your entire body, the red spots STILL CANT BE RECOLORED. So you end up covered in green goo with red spots.

As a Xaku main this is disgusting, Xaku should have its own visual effect for Xata's Whisper, it should be those "Energy Vines" growing on Xaku, a transparent energy effect without a model, so you can use Black Energy to "turn it off" if you want.

And this is bad for EVERYBODY too! Because Xata's Whisper can be subsumed unto any Warframe. Yes! You can ruin all your fashions with the push of a single button! YAY!

No seriously. Give Xata's Whisper an ACTUAL VISUAL EFFECT, its long overdue.

Please DE for the Love of God, I shouldnt choose between seeing my fashion in-game and playing the build I want to play. This is ridiculous.

In the image I used Xata's Wshiper with Xaku and Parasitic Link with Nidus, it is the exact-same Visual Effect. And Im using default colors on the image above to show just how awful it looks by design. You can use Black Energy to make the good black (just like it was before) but you cant change the color of the red spots. So if you care about fashion the only solution is to NOT use Xata's Whisper.

Very interesting how big The Abyss maps actually are, this was almost as large as the latter maps from the campaign. Actually, I didnt seem to find a ceiling so who knows. There were also all these platforms with actual hitboxes. It was pretty crazy to find this out, you could explore these "backrooms" in The Abyss for hours (there seems to be nothing at all there though)

I still think Oberon Prime is the ugliest Prime in the game, but the Imugi Prime Armor set from Chroma's PA really compliments its shape. And Im using the Nave Prime Syandana from Harrow's PA and the Gloriana Ephemera from Sister of Parvos to shift attention away as much as possible from the more problematic parts. Im also using the Vauban Heirloom Signa because it fits perfectly on Oberon Prime Helmet.

Confirmation that Corrupted Catalyzers are not gated behind high Abyss levels, they just have lower drop chances.

Exceptionally Agile but I only could use 24 points instead of the usual 25. No idea how this happened. Maybe Agility was at 0 when this Kerapin was Lvl 1? Either way I didnt notice it until I level him up.

Gilick: Pack hunter, weights up to 120kg, this means their prey is much larger 200kg maybe more. But what is their diet? "Insectivore", which means these "Insects" (probably just Arthropods) are MASSIVE.

Packurans weight up to 300kg (holy sh-t) but they're from Aulis, not Vireo.

Im also highly interested in learning more about this "Wawator", no other Voidling entry mentions another species by name.

I could have actually gotten this much faster, I thought I had a long way to go but when I checked most Achievements were almost completed. Im not even getting started with the game though, now its time to cook builds and get the 50 Abyss stages on all Voids.

If we get paid DLC before the end of the year Im gonna get it. I NEED MOAR!

Daniel was not really a good guy but he wasnt completely evil either. Yeah, he chose evil time and again but when he got the chance to choose between giving up his best friend to the slaughter or be killed himself, he chose the latter.

Lived the bad guy life, died as a hero. Thats as grey as it gets and grey is what real life is like. This character felt real to me, like Foggy. I guess thats why they ended up this way, too real for a fictional world.

His death made me cry because I thought Buck was gonna let him live, he didnt even put up a fight at all. When he actually shot him I broke down.

Im using Ice Block (Cryo Gilick) as a safety net and it only triggered once. I didnt go further because of time (we should be able to start Abyss runs from the level we left at, if we escaped instead of dying)

I also discovered Kwipeck's Melee is MUCH stronger than people think and I developed a hybrid playstyle around it: I shoot from afar and stack Bleed, then use my dash to dive into the enemies, Melee like crazy, proc all that Bleed Executions and then dash back out. Kwipecks Dash has I-frames that keep you alive and the Melee attacks have an execution mechanic that interacts with the Execution perk, sometimes enemies just blow up from full hp (this hasnt worked not even once against bosses though)

Gilick is very tanky, with suprisingly good dmg on his defensive ability which also makes him pretty fast when the block triggers. And Thorn Blast primary is outright broken with Bleed.

I think Gilick is one of the best Voidlings in the game.

Velociraptor Xenomorph or Purse Chihuahua?

Ok but being absolutely serious here: What would happen if a Xenomorph infected a Chihuahua? Do you think you could beat it on hand to hand combat?
