Ubereats screwed me and support has been NO help
I ordered food because I was away from home, had no food, and was unable to travel to get groceries. So I went to Uber, I even got the UnberONE membership.
I was so hungry and excited to get my food, I watched the little map the whole time, waiting at the door....
I saw the driver pass the house, my order was marked as delivered... and that was it.
I wasn't sent a photo either, and I thought that was a big thing??
So I was left hungry, unable to get anything.
No food, out 25$.
I contacted support to help me verify my account, they continued to tell me that there is a "not verified" button... there was not a button, I continued to KINDLY state this and ask what other way I can get to the verification process.... they repeat the same thing about a Not verified button that is invisible to me.
and now, I get a "as previously shared, your account has been suspended"
this was not previously shared
I am so confused, upset, and lost.
has anyone faced anything like this? How can I get into contact with real peoppe to help me fix this?
I know 25$ doesnt seem like much, but I can't afford to lose money like that.
