Didn’t like the Lamy RB refill- was constantly skipping.
Had a few pierre cardin rb refills which were lying around and after inserting a small paper piece to the barrel of the pen, the refills went in like a glove.

Cracking of the tip portion always occur with BRT.
It doesn’t even require any major trauma- a simple 2 feet fall onto the carpet would do.

I feel its not as smooth as some of the other gel pens.
The only point in favour is its big refill.
What are your opinions??

I’ve known this nephro guy from X since a while.
The thing about the guy and some of his like minded cronies are that they think they are the expert in all sub-specialities.
This is somewhat forgivable, but the fact that he still demeans and makes fun of juniors shows his level of insecurity and immaturity.
I’ve not been active in X and i thought such people would have been banned by now.
So, recently in my state,a 1.5year old boy unfortunately passed away after a idiosyncratic reaction following anesthesia induction for a plastic surgery.
The surgery was for a lacerated wound near the lip.
The public outrage is still at large and this is the summary of the autopsy report-which is released to the public!!!
Can you comment like that? that a more cosmetically better surgery was not needed in a baby?
If it was your baby, wouldn’t you want him to grow up without a scar?
Why do other doctors do this??
