I wonder if this has something to do wjth pattern recognition, but for a few months now I can not stand to be on social media. Every post is a cheap copy of another post, every joke has been told a million times before and yet people laugh at it just the same. Every comment, and i mean EVERY COMMENT is a ghost from the post before it. And the one before that, and the one before that. I can almost predict word by word what a comment section will look like before opening it, thats nkt conversation that is confirmation and that shit gets us nowhere.
I am so tired of it, and i am so tired of people not giving a shit. The echo chamber is so real and it is the place where creativity and innovation goes to die.
Its day 1.
Ive been smoking for like 5 years, with breaks every now and then. Decided to quit this time. Luckily I've been tjrough the whole Spiel a few times, and it kind of gets easier every time.
But right now I just need to vent cause I hate this. I hate everything. Im super irritable, and also hungry. So god damn hungry but wanna throw up at the thought of food.
That only gets slightly better after 9pm. So all day, im just miserable.
I keep getting hot and cold flashes which makes me SICK.
I cant believe I need to interact with people tomorrow, im gonna be biting heads off.
Well either that or im just bawling my eyes out for literally no reason.
Ive been smoking daily on and off for years. In the past few months I've overdone it, so im taking a break, not sure for how long.
Im pretty sure I medicate my (undiagnosed but atp 99% certain) adhd with weed. Whenever I quit for a few weeks I noticed first feeling great, but around the 1 month mark, everything went to shit again.
Overthinking, depressive episodes, feeling like a whole month is just one really long, endless day, never ever really truly relaxing or being able to turn my brain off.
I need to quit for physical reasons. But im scared of my sober brain coming back.
Anyone relate?
I am looking for something with other erasmus students. Something big with hundreds of students. What site to look on?

Why do lactose intolerant people insist on eating lactose. Are we all just masochist? Why

Community was recently re-added to Netflix, and I just watched the pilot again. Man, Dan's writing is really something else. Every word, every sentence is so clever and well thought out, hilarious and just overall incredible.
I know he was much more heavily involved in writing community than the later seasons of Rick and Morty, but I am left wondering why.
I know hes gotten older, and maybe hes just over it at this point. Fine whatever, but then do something new.
What is he doing? Is he just chilling at home with Cody? Is he not aware that his creative absence in the literary community (pun intended) is one of the greatest losses mankind has unwittingly faced?
When I compare community to the writing of this season r&m, its clear that his involvement is minimal, though his voice does shine through on occasion.
He is the Jesus of writing and we need him now more than ever.
I pray for his second coming.
So I am an amateur physics enthusiast, but as far as I understand the Doppler effect, shouldn't the image on Sheldon coopers costume be asymmetrical?
Chainmail.
Thats about it. Just a girl strolling through who thought you should know, xoxo
Im s7. Wow. Hes just the best. So hot. So responsibly. But hot. Amazing.
I recently had a moment where I was hit with a memory from my childhood, that I had forgotten for a long time. In it, I remember flying somewhere with my family and looking out the airplane window and flying by what I recognized to be the sun.
It was daytime, clear skies or at least, we were above the clouds. I was too young to comprehend the concept of space and the sun not being in our atmosphere. This object was. It was some distance away from the plane but no more than a few hundred feet.
It looked just like the sun does from earth. It remained stationary as we flew by it for an amount of time im no longer certain of, but I believe a few dozen seconds max.
Anyone else ever see anything like that?
It occurs to me that all sightings I've come across have been on clear/mostly clear days/nights. Some people report uaps flying down to them, and I imagine clouds shouldn't pose much of an issue for that or detection..
