Labelling my micro was a GAME CHANGER!!! I have add/dyslexic tendencies and would always blank out and get confused when teachers call out moves, this helps a lot with fast transitions and range of motion goals!

This is my favorite easy breakfast/snack prep of all time!! This recipe makes 16-18 waffles if you use a 1/3 cup scoop of batter per waffle.

They toast up so perfectly right out of the freezer, and keep for a long time.

I like to use mixed nut butter and berries for a sweet topping, can also use Greek yogurt, honey and berries! Or go savory with avocado and an extra egg if you want. I’ve also been known to use two waffles for a PBJ for an amazing hike-fuel snack, or two waffles for a breakfast sausage sandwich! Sky’s the limit.
