would it be a bad idea to get an associates in aerospace technology

I know it won't be an engineering role, but I do have some blue collar experience, so I'm not completely green. I want to know if being an engineering technician is worth it. I toured the aerospace lab at my community college a few weeks ago, but I'm still unsure if I want to switch from accounting. The opportunity cost would be giving up the possibility of working from home, but I'm not very far into the degree. I just dislike the idea of being behind a computer screen for the rest of my career.

Question for technicians

For engineering technicians, assemblers, and others in the aerospace field: I recently toured the aerospace lab at Calhoun to see if this is a career path I want to pursue. How is the work-life balance in these roles? I don’t know whether to pursue this or go the accounting route

I don’t know if I should switch from accounting to a technical degree like aerospace technology

I know jobs aren’t supposed to be exciting it’s just I hardly hear any positives about accounting other than getting paid . I’m just indecisive because I feel like I can’t decide what to study and I start overthinking

How do I not center my life around chasing a romantic relationship ?

I’m a 25-year-old guy, and I’m tired of having relationships be my main motivation in life. I’m using this summer as a soft reboot for myself, but I don’t have much drive to leave the house right now. Once I get financially stable, I want to try a combat sports class because it sounds fun. I’m just not sure how to make friends anymore since most of my friends are busy with work and their girlfriends.
