Base for Warplightning Cannon

Just finished Prince Tanishar "the Jester Prince"

Lore i thought of for now:

Tanishar was born on Craftworld Lugganath and was facinated by the Halequinn since his childhood but still remained on the Craftworld because he felt like he had a Duty to his Home.Over the Milenia he walked the various Paths from the Path of the Seer to the one of the Mariner.While he walked on the Path of Command he was first called "Jester" due to his often reckless or foolish tactics that in the end still worked out advantageous for the war effort.After suffering a crusching defeat he began laughing basically non stop in battle wich alianated him to the rest of the Craftworld ss they saw this as distasteful.In truth for Tanishar in that Battle he realised just how ridiculus his entire Existence and the State of the Galaxy in general was and couldnt help but laugh.Not much later he left the Craftworld with the Halequinn of the Masque of the Nameless but left them a relatively short time afterwards and formed the Eternities Shadow Warband and crowned himself Prince.He is mainly active in the Segmentum Tempestus and the T'au Empire but also in other Parts of the Galaxy.His Carisma and unconventional but strategicly brilliant Battleplans caused many other Corsairs to rally behind him wich only elevated as the Reputation of "the Jesterprince" spread.

The Main thing i am currently struggling with are the finer parts of his Character so i would love if anyone could just ask some random Questions (can be realy anything) that i could try to answer about him.
