I am just venting right now, just thinking not about me, but my friends, the people I know, those mums and dads really needing that support, and all just taken away like this.

Like we are talking an entire generation of Australian kids left to fend for themselves

Lurker here, and no, this isn't a joke, this is just straight up sad and fucked up

Just today in Australia, the government has passed a bill that seeks to cut funding to the NDIS, now to the uninitiated, this is a scheme meant to support people with disability, and also including autism.

I fear this may change, as this scheme actually was beneficial for me.

Not only that they may boot people out of the NDIS if they don't meet "criterias" which you and I know what exactly means. The "high functioning v low functioning" scam.

Now i am fucking pissed beyond belief. I am going to have a crashout that will put Achilles to shame. So you are telling me, the fucking government is more concerned about "NDIS fraud" than doctors scamming Medicare to charge more? Than corporate fraud? Than ANY OTHER FRAUD, when it comes to people like me I AM FUCKING EXPENDABLE!!!!!?????

Neurotypicals, we are just convenience in tv, or whatever drama slop they can think of for brownie points, and when we are no longer "needed" or wanted we can be discarded.

Unbelievable, absolutely unbelievable.

Former Republican here, Introduction and am i good here?

G'day

I am an Australian. I was a Republican, for Nationalistic reasons, as the main cornerstone of my politics is Australia First. So why I became a Monarchist? Honestly what sets Australia apart is our Anglo-Celtic foundations, the Crown is also continuation of our history and institutions, it is not foreign occupation when the same institution this country was under has been around since WW1, when a distinct Australian identity took root. Our Army fought for King and County. I am by no means a British imperialist, the King is King of Australia.

Also I love the pomp, sacredness and aura a King carries than a president, and plus we should not fix whats not broken, our system worked perfectly fine.

Also I am a Democratic Socialist/Social Democrat along with being Progressive. Religiously I am a Greco-Roman Pagan. I am a Constitutional Monarchist, am I welcome here?

I believe in God, He exists and He is real. I am a Muslim by mere profession purely due to social circumstances. However I do not believe in some aspects of it like music, art, and freedom of religion being prohibited.

I do believe other gods and divinities are aspects of One God however.
