Would V for Vendetta qualify as a 'Rockerboy'?

In either the original comic by Alan Moore(great book), or the Watchowski movie(They tried), I know V isn't usually strumming a guitar, but he conducts an orchestra by way of explosives. And he 'hides' from authorities but makes himself extremely recognizable. And very marketable.

I'm sure the real answer most will give is "Oh he could technically qualify as any number of things", but if you had to choose between "Solo" and "Rocker", and you couldn't blend elements of both. Which would you choose?

We should have had a Blade/Gambit series

That probably sounds random, huh? But in the late 90s they had a Blade run where they put him in New Orleans, dealing with supernatural stuff down there in the bayou. Around that same time, Gambit the X-Man was like the most popular guy on planet earth.

How would would it be, Gambit helping Blade navigate this strange landscape, while Blade in turn opens Gambit's eyes to a supernatural element that he never previously picked up on. Two guys in trenchcoats navigating seedy underbellies. Maybe Gambit supercharges a stake that Blade throws into the chest of a really tough mutant vampire.

How cool would that be?

Did Paul Bearer pay for Kane to go to wrestling school?

When Kane was burnt up and believed dead by the Undertaker, while living in some old tool shed or dirt shack or something that Paul provided, did Paul also pay for Kane to attend wrestling school? Was that something Kane wanted to do once he saw his brother on TV, or was this a longterm plan that Paul had, to weaponize Undertaker's brother?

No matter whose idea it was, I want to see Kane as a young lion in wrestling school in his burnt Leatherface mask, learning how to do neck rolls and how to shoot for a double.

Actually come to think of it, how old was Undertaker when the fire started? Was he already pursuing a wrestling career, or was he way too young? If Undertaker decided wrestling wasn't for him and just made undertaking his main career, what was Paul's plan for Kane then?

Sting and The Crow trade places. Can they accomplish each other's goals?

Eric Draven The Crow has to achieve Sting's success in wrestling, climbing to the top of his industry while defeating The nWo(WCW), Jeff Jarrett(TNA), The Authority(WWE) and mentoring Darby Allen(AEW). All feats from the first movie and his comic are valid. For purposes of this challenge, his ticking time limit of going back to the dead is extended for as long as his wrestling career will take. But if he fucks up or gets fired, his soul will instantly move on.

Meanwhile, Steve Borden aka The Franchise, aka The Icon, aka the man called Sting, has to kill Top Dollar and his criminal misfits during Devil's Night. His in-character kayfabe, his career accomplishments and his championship wins all count as feats. Can he avenge Shelly's death before day breaks?

Blade (1998-2004) and Batman (1989-Returns) trade places for a year.

Blade now has to deal with Gotham and all of its crime and its rogues, while Batman has to fight a crowded vampire menace that has completely infiltrated every form of government from the top down. Each man gets their usual allies and resources, so Blade gets Whistler and his ever-evolving arsenal, while Bruce has his money/cave/suits/etc.

At the end of the year, each man meets and compare notes about their progress. Who make a bigger dent in the other one's ecosystem?

Would Hell have an economy?

Hell, a realm of perpetual punishment, torment and suffering. A place that exists for no other reason than for its inhabitants to feel bad.

Would a civilization like this require any kind of an economy in order to function? Additionally, if it was a really bad economic system that could easily break, would that technically be a "good" thing here? Since that would contribute to its people feeling bad, which is the point of Hell to begin with?

If Nikki from Obsession is accepted to be an AI, how many tokens do we think Bear had to work with?

One of the many discourses about the movie Obsession is that "Freaky Nikki" aka "Wish Nikki" behaves a lot like an AI in a human body. She makes very strange decisions, her logic and her priorities are sort of warped and mixed around, and ultimately she proves to be not healthy for her local environment.

So if this is all true, how many tokens do we think Bear had to work with? And what should he have done differently as both a user and programmer to prevent the shenanigans that ensued in that movie?

Can the Ultimates(2003) subdue and arrest Batman(current DC comics)?

Specifying 2003, but really I just mean pre-Ultimatum and before the recent revival of the series.

The Ultimates around the time of the Chitauri Invasion have arrived in Gotham to forcibly recruit Batman to their team. What they get instead is Guerilla style warfare from the entire Bat Family. The Gotham City rogues can potentially be recruited by either side, but given how volatile they are they might also just attack either side or do some crazy bullshit.

The Ultimates' win condition is if they capture the Bat or just get him to agree to join. The Bats' win condition are driving the Ultimates away, and getting them to drop their mission and leave.

Ultimates Lineup: Captain America, Iron Man, Giant Man, Wasp, Hawkeye, Black Widow and Thor

Bat-Family Lineup: Batman, Dick Grayson, Tim Drake, Damian Wayne, Barbara Gordon as Oracle, Cassandra Cain, Stephanie Brown and Kate Kane

Ultimate Hulk is not included as he would just destroy Gotham City and kill a bunch of people, and I think Bruce would just instantly agree to the Ultimates' terms to make Hulk stop.

Batman and Wolverine vs Dark Claw

Amalgam's Dark Claw has to fight both Wolverine and Batman, with a twist.

Bats and Wolvie are both their modern comics versions, and they're allowed to have any feat, gear or equipment you want to give them. (Power armors, Muramasa Blades, Tibetan Monk suites, etc.)

But anything they have, Dark Claw also has. Even if that results in him having two "conflicting" feats that don't make sense, he has them anyway and it works without hurting him.

In this situation, who wins?

(Meta) Is there agreed upon "canon"?

Some people make rp posts here, and they'll say "I'm in level 2" or "I'm in the concrete jungle". And then commenters will correct them.

My understanding of the Backrooms is that this is like a communal thing, instead of one singular creator being in charge of it all. Even Kane Pixels is just one of the guys telling his version, even though he's very influential. (btw, please no spoilers for his movie, I haven't seen it yet.)

Is there actually strict, agreed upon "lore"? If I go to the Backrooms Wiki and start talking about "Level 15" or whatever, will that be the correct version? Or can Level 15 just be what I think of in my head?

Imagining if the UN became a Big F'N Deal

So I was watching some Marvel movies a few days ago, and they play up the UN like it's the boogeyman. "The UN aren't going to like this, Tony. We need to be careful." That's kind of funny to me because compared to several big countries, the UN feels like they exercise soft power more than anything.

But what if that wasn't the case? What if, after the War on Terror and by the time Obama becomes President circa 2008, the UN becomes the premier military organization? Their vehicles and weapons are better than the US's, they have a large force at their disposal, they're able to mobilize this power whenever they want, they cannot easily be bombed. And most importantly, they are willing to use that force when they raise objections to something. The US, Russia, China and any other country now have the understanding that the UN can do a lot more than "admonish" them.

(No, I do not know the logistics of how the UN would accomplish this. A wizard did it.)

If we also assume that the UN's leadership is not corrupt and does not use this power irresponsibly to bully anyone any time they like, how does this affect global politics? How long until someone wages "war" on the UN directly?

You think the TVA canonically deal with "other" characters even if the MCU can't show that?

Like, do you think the TVA have a specific "Batman Protocol" whenever one shows up? Since versions of him usually don't have powers which would lull new employees into a false sense of security before he does some crazy Batman shit?

I was reading the Batman/Deadpool crossover and it got me wondering.
