This is a bent frame right?

I need help replacing my forks.

I don't plan on rebuilding them if I don't have to, I just don't know how to replace them.

Bike = 1986 Honda CMX250cc Rebel

As the title says, I need to replace the front forks. I plan on buying some used forks off of eBay. I also looked at a couple videos about rebuilding the forks but obviously, there isn't much to saving these ones.

So is replacing the broken forks just as simple as taking out the old forks and swapping them out for the new ones? How would I go about this?

My handle bars are also unaligned from the wheel, how would I fix this? (I haven't looked anything up for this yet, just came to mind and thought I'd ask.)

Edit: I know the fairing says 1200 Bandit, it's not, old onwer put it on which will soon be removed.
