How much you are paying for weekly cleaners for 4 Bed 3 Bath (2200sqft) home

If you have used someone that you can recommend please share details here or dm me. I am new to area and been going through family issues

I drive ~200 miles a day (100 each way). Don’t ask, it is what it is, and I’m committed to it for at least another year. I already have a Q7 for family duty and longer trips, so this is purely a commuter to save on gas. FSD is non-negotiable.

Test drove a Model 3 Premium today (deliberately the longest-range one) and loved it. So the car is decided, what I can’t decide is used vs new. Leasing is off the table given the mileage.

The two options, both M3 Premium RWD:

• Used 2024, 16k miles — ~$39k, 6% APR (my own bank, best I can get)

• New 2026 — ~$48k out the door, 1.99% APR (they bumped it 1% today, of course)

Monthly payment lands in basically the same place either way, and I can comfortably afford both. I’d rather not put a huge cash down payment in, which is the one thing that would clearly favor the used car.

Where I get stuck is depreciation. I’ll add 40-50k miles in a year, ~45k of it freeway, mostly on FSD. So a year from now the 2024 is at ~60k miles and the 2026 is at ~40k. My guess is the 2024 sells for $20-22k and the 2026 for $30-32k. On paper that’s ~$17-18k of depreciation either way, so it feels like a wash which is exactly why I’m going in circles.

Anyone here done serious high-mileage in a Model 3. Anything I’m not accounting for warranty coverage at that mileage, battery degradation, resale on a 60k-mile car vs a 40k-mile one, Which would you buy...

I want to stay in nicer / safer area in SF only for 4 nights in the week. I would arrive Monday morning and gone by Friday morning. I found a work gig in City but have home in Placer County.

Must have bathroom on site, I can share with room mate but not with entire building. Preferably private / lockable room but we can talk if price is right for shared room.

Ideally month to month lease / but okay with 3-6-12 month lease too

What are places to look for such place?

My wife has had her share of success and has 10k+ followers on insta and her work is appreciated by big name brands as well as many celebrity chef she worked with.

Yet she is struggling to find any gig recently, almost over 6 months and it’s not worth her time to do $5k or under gigs as she get the staff and such

How has market changed for all of you? Any ideas for getting more work?

Got laid off, right after I bought a house lol

Got a job in SF which pays more than previous job so can’t turn it down, but looking for options.. either rent in SF or Carpool with someone daily.

Does anyone from here goes to SF daily?

Recently moved from Bay Area and looking to keep a tab on companies in high tech and generally that have software engineers / tech staff in Roseville

I know few big names like Intel, HP - are there more in region?
