Just got a new place with this built-in stone fire pit bench in the backyard. The seat is literally the top of the wall, so there’s nothing behind you to lean against.

I have the vision to make it look more like the second picture but unsure how would I convert the wall to allow sit comfortably and hold cushion like in the picture

Renting this cheap place for 2 months while we waiting for our house remodel. However I noticed that even after immediately rinsing the dishes and not letting any food sit these 25+ year old apartment catch food very easily.

On the move in day they were clean TBH, and the lease had a “reconditioning” fee for kitchen sink which makes me wonder if this is a money hack for them.

Anyhow how would you reduce it to make it look like regular wear and tear

Paid over $2k to get tires replaced 295/40/R21 literally 2 weeks back and found this today

Thankfully it can be fixed likely, even if not, I might only have to replace single tire
