so i really suck at using my phone during bed and sometimes i need just a quick nap like an hour and a half but i set the alarm and my head will just be racing with thoughts that NEED answers

it gets especially worse during exam season and then by the time i finally try to get to sleep the alarm goes off cause i spent the entire nap sesh overthinking 🫩🫩

so i wanna know if theres an app that triggers a timer/countdown for however long you want, exactly at the time you close your phone so you can make sure youre getting that exact amount of sleep
