The grass fed beef is very “earthy” and the fat is balanced out with the fresh mint, further tamed by the plentiful lime. I don’t care where the beef is from (Uruguay this week), this is a very potent dish with a variety of texture.

Overpaid at $450 but local prices for these are insane. The rear hydro was dead due to crash, ditto to seat/seatpost and it was replaced w/ wrong size (26.8). So far I’ve refitted f/r hydros, and installed correct seatpost while reusing the grippy se quilted beatmode seat.
Next up, replace big honkin bar with light alloy smaller bar, and tear down the drivetrain for a tidy 52v BBSHD 100mm kit I’m taking off another fat bike. Very excited for this build.

Aldi ground lamb+grassfed beef “kebab” baked then griddled, paired with Aldi Persian cukes, Roma tomatoes, spring mix salad. Made saffron rice and German white sauce (kewpie, yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, dill etc) to completed the bowl, which is now my family’s most preferred way for doner kebab.
This dish is rather labor/time intensive, but it beats flying to Hamburg for a €10 dish Sorry the white sauce looks like… you know what.
