I have bruxism and need advice

Hi, I recently learned that I have been suffering from bruxism for years and now my teeth are flattened. I just got my custom nightguard today, but I wanted to know if there was anything else I should be made aware of to prevent further wear.

I brush with arm and hammer tooth paste morning and night along with flossing and mouth wash. I'm also aware that I have to be carful with eating certain foods like almond and hard candies. Are there any other notable foods I should avoid?

In addition, my dentist said that my teeth are structurally fine, but I may need to get veneers when I get older (currently 31). Maybe there are some other cosmetic solutions?

Overall, I am deeply embarrassed and disappointed in myself for not noticing this issue sooner in my life and I'm now trying my hardest to stop this problem so I dont lose any teeth or get another cavity.

Does anyine have any advice for moving forward with this issue? This has been keeping me up at night for weeks now.

Sorry for the lengthy post

How does my smile look after bruxism?

I recently found out that I had bruxism and that I have grinded my teeth flat. Ive lost a lot of confidence in my smile but I'm told its not that noticeable from some people. Is it just in my head?

Note, I just got a nightguard and im trying my hardest not to worsen this issue. My dentist said my only option would be crowns in the future and I think it would be all of my teeth if I continued to grind

Does my smile still look good?

I have flattened my teeth due to bruxism and now I have lost a lot of my confidence in my smile. Is it just in my head or is it noticeable? My dentist said that crowns would be the only solution if theres more wear and tear. Is there anything else I can do to cosmetically restore the shape and length?

I do have a nightguard and I'm going to try my best not to further damage my teeth.

Science on regrowing enamel?

I recently found out that I have bruxism and the I have been grinding my teeth for years. I hate that I have flattened my teeth, but I've done some research on enamel growing technology and it looks promising, but I dont know if im just coping. Does the technology look promising for enamel restructuring? I know it doesn't regrow normally, of course.

Ive become very self conscious about issue and its really knocked my confidence down

I cant do dental bonding since thwy would break. My only other option would be crowns if I keep grinding, but I use a night guard now

Help boosting my confidence on my teeth

Recently, I discovered that I have bruxism and that I have grinded my teeth straight over the past decade. I can do dental composites since they would break. I dont think most people have noticed except for dentists, but Ive had a loss of confidence ever since I found out. I think a lot of it is disappointment in myself for not realizing it sooner.

Any advice on how to regain my confidence on my teeth?

Best 1st messages to women

Im terrible at sending first messages to women. I always read their bio and then ask a question based off that, but I think my messages are too plain.

Is there like a guide or a great tutorial I could see to up my messaging game?
