Hi everyone I have a question

So I was wondering I contacted DVDSupport.NA@bbc.com about my doctor who season 1 (2024) Blu-ray Discs 2-5 being the wrong aspect ratio and they sent me a form to fill out and I did and sent it and they also said that if I filled the form out that they will arrange for the replacement discs to be shipped to me,does that mean that they already have the Blu-ray’s with the correct 2:1 ratio instead of the 16:9 ratio? Should they ship soon?
