So for the past 3-4 ish days when I go to sleep and wake up the index finger on my right hand gets stiff(it doesn’t hurt at all just some stiffness that goes away after move move it for a little bit), and when I move my middle finger on the same hand the joint hurts (feels kinds similar to when you jam your finger playing sports) the same goes for my middle finger and ring finger fingers on my left(I have not jammed finger in any type of way btw) . I was wondering if this was normal?
