We know Ronova will be enemy for a while and have boss fight. Then perhaps Capitano‘s curse will end and he will be playable.

If that happens, they have still unaddressed issue of pyro gnosis. If pyro gnosis is also taken by shade or sinner, its so over. Because for resurrection its needed after all imo.

Lets accept that Pantalone and Dottore’s fates seem heavily tied together. If Dottore comes back in a new region, with toned down(obviously will btw) character, he will definitely try returning Pantalone.

I think there will be longer time for Pantalone to die -turn back-get story(could get one before he dies too)-be playable.

Can his revival be like Rhinedottir situation? I mean, fusing with something powerful and becoming playable at the end.

An elemental dragon or a sinner taking interest in the situation. But this sinner or dragon must be weak - so they need some life source. Or perhaps their remaining power was around Irminsul, and they decided to use him.

After all, both of these groups have hatred towards the world. So, burning of Irminsul made them interested. They also saw Dottore's memories(he preserved after all) and decided to fuse with him at the end.

Or a primodial dragon remains fusing with him inside leylines perhaps.

Some people say him being traumatized will ruin his character - however it is clear that he is traumatized from the beginning of the game. Pale Flame artifact set already said he was chased by his village, and recently we learned he lost compassion at 8.

Actually, other harbingers got ruined - because there was no indication of them being traumatized whatsoever. I don't mind everyone getting sob stories though. I think main problem was failed retcon and huge hypocrisy without proper addressing.

Anyways, is it just me, I want his story to be extremely traumatic and as bad as possible?

Like born in rich family, in a mansion but staying on different wing, parents are mentally problematic, perhaps hostile half-sibling/s, servants looking down on him.

Later, family was perhaps associated with wrongdoings, everything was destroyed, he was chased from his own village. Exiled, and worked under harsh conditions to earn money but treated with ab/se and more.

In Akademiya, framed even though he tried to make everything according to rules. Sohreh was one of the only people who showed a good friendship, but she was killed. He was already selfish by that time, but never to the point of hurting still. Afterwards, it changed, didn't happen one night of course. Because his family also hurt him.

We also see segment 25 is very clinical.

Tsaritsa is hypocritical yes, and very human. Funny how she is a god, and gods we meet are having emotions but try so hard to look badass/composed.

After whole scapegoating Dottore part, I have no interest in fatuis anymore. Like the name suggests, they are all fools.

Primordial one actually did things to preserve Tevyat, and created humanity. Tsaritsa needs to get humbled.

I used to be big fan of Fatui. But the more days pass the more the characters got very hypocritical - like arlecchino getting whitewashed, sandrone becomes tsundere, columbina literally doing nothing and caring nothing fatui did but suddenly caring abt others

The most hypocritical place is coming..I have no pulling plans or interest, I guess I have to have fun with lore instead for motivation to play? I hope we have more Phanes lore, I'm very interested.

As you know, in Nod Krai, everyone was talking about how Dottore wanted to destroy nations, how every nation is going to die if Dottore achieved etc etc.

This is pure bait.

If Dottore wanted to destroy nations, he would be on abyss' side, learn abyss power, go Khaenriah and more. But we never see him using abyss power.

Also, Dottore could've killed traveler or make them sleep instantly just like he did in Sumeru archon quest in 3.3. He even said to Nahida "don't worry, I didn't kill them" back then.

But no, even if Traveler stabbed him, he didn't stab them back instantly, and even smirked slightly at this.(it could be amusement mixed with slight anger)

He could've killed Sandrone fully, make sure to destroy everything but no - because actually, he was feeling slight anger at Traveler, and wanted to hurt them back because traveler stabbed him - but Sandrone protected Traveler.

He is someone who lost his compassion at age 8, not born with lack of it. Obviously trauma response. His understanding of emotion is very lacking just like how he couldn't understand why Columbina left him.

He could've not put those moon slates to hide behind in his boss fight. He also rewards us with energy recharge..

He didn't mind dying and knew he was going to, didn't mind getting hurt and didn't mind hurting others - hurt people hurt.

Also, there is high chance Pierro and Tsaritsa know about this and used him - and he didn't mind at all.

I think Dottore might not come in Snezhnaya at all, and here is how I think.

Hoyoverse found the money. They killed some harbingers along the way. But all of them will become playable at one point - because of demand.

The thing is, they always introduce the most important characters in x.3 and x.6 patches. And I think Tsaritsa and Alice will come in 7.3 and 7.6. Because just like Skirk, Alice was shown one year before and will be playable one year later.

If they introduce him in category like Zibai/Varka, however, Dottore could come in 7.3 or 7.4. But, I dont think that will be the case.

I think Pierro will die too, and we will move on to Khaenriah arc.

However, they can add filler just like Nod Krai. The filler could be dragons' nation or place dragons used to meet and stay, and with reincarnation Dottore will be new person mixed w old identity.

If they move on to Khaenriah right away, there will be issues - sinners are important - Pierro and Capitano could be playable

But what they say is - Genshin is halfway done, which is interesting. If they start to extend Tevyat chapter, how will they do it? So far, I can only think about dragon place.

So, we have long waiting period if he does not come in Snezhnaya at all. Don't be sad and expect much, and be ready if they start to give harbingers one by one and slowly. Because, the devs are lazy as hell - when I first started genshin I thought all harbingers will be playable in Snezhnaya, and here we are.

Pierro - He kills at least one of the shades, turns out to be serving Tsaritsa since her arrival as archon, and gives aura speech, becomes playable at Khaenriah because he enters the abyss at the end of the AQ, also becomes the most powerful mage of underground

Capitano - One shoots Mavuika and kills her in duel, becomes new archon, gets rid of the dragon so female dragon sovereign borns, and together they rule, and become playable with massive aura in Natlan

Dottore - After everything happened, Nahida let him burn in hell for days, finally his reincarnation with pyro gnosis happens. Nahida realizes she has to do something because her system will fall, and only way is making him reborn with King Deshret Technology(because Dottore corpse is preventing her bw leylines and Aaru). He gets to reborn from Pantalone's memories which gives him empathy and insight. That leads to path of his enlightenment.

At the end of the Tevyat story chapters, he ascends into Celestia and also combines with cryo dragon remains

Columbina - Originally a seelie (inspired from seraphim angels obviously because her design screams it), we first see her singing near Tsaritsa' throne, she seeks for her days to overthrow Celestia because of the wrongdoings they did to angels, after Snezhnaya chapter, she becomes the sole angel of Celestia and ascends to heavens, in the way meeting with her old divine friend and defeating her cause aura

Arlecchino - She never becomes hypocrite, after Fontaine arc ends we see her real form, which shows she is literally crazy and not good mentally(not the way she shows herself as "diplomat"). Her sole purpose is reviving Khaenriah but after everything happened in Snezhnaya AQ, she realizes her trauma and opens new chapter in life. In rebulding Khaenriah, she becomes only heir and queen of new Khaenriah.

Pulcinella - He turns out to be shapeshifter and very sexy woman (I took it from other post lol) and serves as mayor for years, everyone listens and obeys cause aura

Scaramouche - After seemingly working for Nahida for few years, he realizes how shtty Nahida is. He turns back to his old self, tells everyone about what happened in Inazuma, and turns back to Inazuma to face them willingly. Kazuha pities him, Raiden accepts him as her son and they rule together forever. He sometimes becomes extremely good ruler and slays everyone cause aura

Sandrone - Pulonia turns out to be Alain all along, controlling his sister robot from shadows and making her do all things. Sandrone is very shut in person and indeed cares nothing outside of her research, but secretly a yandere. We also have boss fight with her in Fontaine( in 4.x), Alain pulling her strings, and then Alain shows himself after pulonia destruction in Fontaine. Alain turns out to be as powerful as Dottore, and he has a very traumatic family story. At the end of the chapters in Snezhnaya, Alain and Sandrone become playable together and have master-puppet dual playstyle cause aura (this playstyle is perfect in every game btw)

Signora - She and Rostam's soul become playable. Her attacks are whips and butterflies, and Rostam's soul helping her behind. Kind of like Aphelios in league of legends. They love each other forever and she kicks Venti every week if she gets angry at Rostam.

Pantalone - His bank account can't handle mora anymore so he becomes Morax himself. He dies in Snezhnaya AQ but dragons pity him and they hold his remains, then he takes power of both electro and geo dragon from leylines. Then, he ascends into heavens and rules with principessa Dottie forever, still focused on money of all people regardless cause sugar daddy

Childe - After mastering Foul Legacy, he follows Pierro to Khaenriah and gets power up thanks to Khaenriahan remains and becomes partners with Surtalogi at war, eventually he makes his choice and one shots everyone, his power boost so big he saves Skirk from Surtalogi

Not even Traveler is able to stop them anymore, each one of them is extremely powerful and above the gods now, they rule the world after they deal with their traumas which Tevyat and gods clearly failed to help.

I think this shows how bad written the story is to push Columbina as enemy of Dottore in Nod Krai.

Columbina, in archon quest, says that she never cared about his experiments.

But same Columbina also says to Dottore "the home you stole from them" as if she would care if he did something like that?

They tried to show Columbina apathetic but also empathetic. Not caring but also caring. Selfish but also selfless. And it didn't work, it just made her representation contradictory.

Also, why did they make traveler savior just like the way they did with Nahida? Do you guys enjoy being knight in shining armor? For me, story was highly repetitive.

Also, why did Dottore see her as sister? Perhaps because she was helpless and weak, he took care of her. In moon marrow he finds her easy to talk to. It seems Dottore's family view is highly distorted as well, Columbina says he was genuine, and again from Dottore voiceline we understand that he sees pain as a part of family dynamics.

Columbina also says in her voiceline about Dottore, "more freely he uses you". Like what did he do to Columbina other than making her help?

At first, back in 1.0 event, he was introduced as a narcissistic character, had a massive ego, looked down to every Fatui in his command, and "manipulated" the situation by showing himself as a friend to us while only thing he wanted was to gain knowledge, only for Mona to save our a/ss.(After realizing who the Traveler was, he seemed ready to simply eliminate them rather than cooperate.)

In Inazuma arc, his conversation with Signora was revealed, it was clearly not a pleasant one. Both of them said disgusting things to one another and looked down to each other. Then, he was going to kill Traveler again with power of delusion factory, which both Signora and him seemingly took orders from Pierro in there.

In 3.3, his story reached at its peak. I think most loved the portrayal. He again treated everyone like trash, called all of the people worm, Hypasia or whatever her name was a god devoter - he treated her as if she was an item for him. Then..His sad sob story was shared, it was truly understandable too, but his sh/tty personality was never excused which I loved. He seemed to work with Nahida only to delete himself from Irminsul. After that, he disgusted his old self and said byebye - which was again, understandable.

In Simulanka event, he woke up in the world, helped the dragon of the world (which is Mini Durin, he helps to Durin later on Durin's story quest) since he understood the struggle of the dragon. Which shows he is not devoid of empathy.

When we come to Luna arc, he first comes to seek his revenge against Dottore - which is again understandable given his character. Then, he says he learned that doing things alone won't be solution he must trust others etc etc. Which is again, okay understandable. Then, he becomes someone to save traveler even though it does not benefit him at all.

Hm. When did he become this selfless? Who knows.

In 6.6, he becomes the person to speak kindly to Paimon and comforts her - which gave me icks once again. He speaks like "lets do this paimon" "paimon look?" which seems uncharacteristic of him.

Then, he speaks with Dottore. He accuses Dottore of manipulation and other things. Wow, are you the one to say this Scara? Why instead, they did not give him line about how he felt about Niwa situation, and how he seeks revenge? Why do you have to give him hypocrisy when you can give him emotional, well-written line? The same character used manipulation against us many times after all. And Dottore in there did nothing for manipulation as far as I see. Columbina says Dottore's feelings were genuine, and she was able to see it. He indeed was speaking his mind there. He knew he was going to die nevertheless.

By the way, Niwa situation makes no sense either. 400+ years ago it happened. But Dottore segments were not created back then lmao. Did Hoyoverse forget about this?

Anyways...When Dottore talks about his own genocide, he shuts up of his own hypocrisy and at the same time, boss fight begins.

My Conclusion: Scara portrayal 1.0 vs 6.6 has changed massively. And I dont think they gave the depth of his characterization. I was one of the people who thought his character and portrayal was best back then in 3.3. But now? Nope, his writing became controversial. “Good” scara how come he became this good of a person? How did his personality change this massively? Lmao

What do you think of his characterization? Do you think they should've done the explanation better? Because I certainly do - it does not make complete sense to me. His character now is lacking of deepness he gained until Sumeru era end.

Campbell Biology explains experiment as "An experiment is a scientific test, often carried out under controlled conditions."

In Genshin before Dottore dies, Nahida tells him she would never consider what he did as experiments. She thinks she roasted him with her statements but in reality she does not even know what experiment means. What Dottore does is indeed experiments, but the questioning is whether his experiments are ethical or unethical must've been done by her - not questioning whether he is doing experiment is not. Because what he does is indeed by definition, experiments. Which Nahida fails to understand.

Also, she considers what she did as experiment - also says to Dottore "it was my experiment, not yours". Again, she thinks she roasted him but in reality not. She fails to understand what experiment means. Experiment is a "test", done with hypothesis. Hypothesis is a proposed explanation for a set of observations, and it leads to predictions that can be tested by making additional observations or performing experiments.

She does not have any hypothesis. She knows that Irminsul will burn after putting pyro gnosis.She asks permission of Shades for it - never even asks "pyro gnosis will cause burn of Irminsul, right?" She knows what is going to happen.

This is not an experiment by definition. Nor does she seem to have any idea of what experiment means.

The Theories I Believe:
Dottore Will Become The SUN Thanks To 3-4-7 Theory: There are long explanations of this but basically 3 moon, 4 shade, 7 archon. He also showed up in 3rd, 4th and 7th nations. 3+4+7 = 14. 14th Lunar Arcanum Card is Temperance. Temperance represents "The path from the moon to the sun". He already became the moon, now he will become the sun. Temperance also represents balance and harmony that comes from the union of dualities. Dottore's harbinger rank is second which represents duality. His character may be a bit giving/selfless to extend this duality. Dottore we will have will be different person because of it. This brings me to next theory I believe.

Resurrection: Nahida says Irminsul burned 7 days and 7 nights. Again, 7. This is too Buddhist coded. It points into themes of purification and atonement. Pyro gnosis, is nowhere to be found after that. What happened to gnosis in there is too weak of an explanation done by Nahida. We know Natlan's story was all about resurrection and even making "names" in order to resurrect people. He will get resurrected with gnosis, but perhaps he will also acknowledge everything that happened in Natlan, so his entire arc will go to "enlightenment". Or, another thing will play part there, which is memories of his friend.

Pantalone's Memories: We all know the conversation between Pantalone and Dottore. This conversation is too sus to ignore - Dottore says it is too easy to create body when memories are existent. If that is the case, Pantalone will play part on his resurrection. Either will give his memories in last part, or he will initiate it because either something will happen or he will be out of elixir. I think it's the former, because considering Pantalone is a depressed person, he will not care even if he dies.

Dottore was maybe acquaintance of Rhinedottir: This is a possibility I think. If they were friends or knew each other, then perhaps Rhinedottir can also give her memories or actively play part in his creation ? Lol. It removes double standards people complain about, so I think that would be good regardless.

Splitting Soul (external help needed): Let's say, story goes like this. After sometime, Nahida realizes, there are soul pieces scattering inside leylines. There, Pantalone or Traveler must play part in order to resurrect Dottore. Which soul piece will they use? Obviously, the soul before losing all compassion at age 8(Nahida would never want the soul without compassion part). So, soul age will be very young. But that must mix with Pantalone's memories or Dottore's knowledge (we know he preserved himself in Irminsul) or maybe both. This case is a bit complex but the character will be the closest to Zandik if that happens.

Dragon or Heavenly Power Helping Him: One of the original dragons who have distate of current Tevyat decided to help him. Or they simply enjoyed his decisions or even pitied him. Or they needed someone to be vessel for them. Could be furthest choice like cryo dragon. His body was created thanks to dragon blood. Or, someone like Asmoday from the heavens, was interested in his case and saved him. Story can go both ways.

The Theories I Dont Believe:
Lizard: I don't believe this theory since I've also seen this lizard in random events and quests. I think rather than Dottore it represents a divine being listening us. So Celestial. But indeed, Dottore doesn't fall to away from the theory either. I understand it looks suspicious since he changed his soul with animals in Nod Krai, but I don't think it's him.

Escher: I don't believe Escher is him. Again, it looks suspicious but I really think he is random dude in Asmoday Temple. In some RPG games I've played, there are many random dudes in many places very stupidly. As for defying laws similarly to Dottore, well, there are many characters doing it, as NPC. I don't believe until further truth is revealed. Also "segment 45 is not showing in funeral" is too weak of an argument for this theory. They literally didn't include some segments. There are more than 10 hands holding Omega one as he dies. In his character story teaser video, there are not many segments - not even Webttore is there.

So, I was thinking Dottore back in Sumeru era took gnosises and returned them to Snezhnaya right away. From his speech, he was loyal to Tsaritsa and supporting their plan.

Now Dottore is seen as "traitor" by other fatuis and got elimination order from Tsaritsa herself. However, if he was going to betray them why didn't he do it back then with gnosises? Dont return them, turn yourself to god and use them along w your plan of creating new world immediately.

Or simply lie/manipulate the situation. Why did he return the gnosises if it was his plan to betray them...just simply have an experiment with two gnosises immediately?

Just like to your moralless(sociopath male), stealing her place(female lead mentally ill) or forgotten field(both are mentally ill, ml is emotionless and fl is traumatized by her mother) recently, I am looking for interesting characters having mental issues.
