Belyi Tsar is legit the worst Archon in Teyvat history, to the point the makes the Shogun look good

1)His Snezhnaya is an unholy mix of extreme racism and classism, where humans are left to die in the cold and the Fae have all the wealth. He maliciously justifies this by saying that humans are naturally greedy and Fae are taking the wealth to “protect” humans from their own greed.

2)The racism gets so extreme that when Shram, the mercenary ghost from the Archon Quest, starts dating a Water Imp Fae, humans find out and lynch him on spot by calling him a traitor of humanity. It’s honestly a miracle that Fae and Humans manage to get along and Fae/Human relationships are no longer a taboo those days, thanks to the efforts of the Tsaritsa for peaceful coexistence.

3)The Tsar allows morally bankrupt people like Rotwag/Rauthvagi in his court, and ends up having horrid effects in Nod Krai especially

4)Forces the Tsaritsa to open the Gates of the Abyss, refuses to take responsibility for his disastrous actions, and hides like a coward while the Tsaritsa gets erased from existence by the Heavenly Principles for his crimes.

Like, my God, this guy was the absolute worst.

“The Abyss, he has shown me the future of this world!”, or why Gosoythoth’s boss voiceline basically spoils the end game of Genshin

During the boss fight with Gosoythoth, he triumphantly voices his joy about the ”future of this world” the Abyss has shown to him. The unambiguously sadistic and joyful tone in all four languages (which implies this future is something Gosoythoth greatly approves) along with Vedrolfnir being tormented by the Abyss giving him visions of the terrible fate of Teyvat’s future, seems to imply two things:

1)The Abyss will completely engulf Teyvat towards the end of the game and the Heavenly Principles will be completely unable to stop it (precisely because Teyvat was destined to be destroyed no matter what they did)

2)The Traveler’s final actions will involve “fix” Teyvat by completely destroying the Abyss to the core or create a “new” Teyvat (either alternate timeline or genuinely rebuilt from scratch), defying destiny and put an end to the Abyss ince and for all.

Either way, the final confrontation of Teyvat’s destiny will be the Abyss spreading all over the planet

Where does Data Dottore place in the Teyvat power scale? On one hand, his combat capabilities aren’t very impressive, but on the other hand they had to Gnosis-nuke the whole place to get rid of him

My question is, can anyone in the playable cast kill him with raw power? Or do they need a Gnosis? Because I can’t figure out where Data Dottore sits in terms of power.

Is there any not-Submerged Castle moment in a Pikimin 2 cave that genuinely scared you the first time you played it? For me, it’s the Spotty Bulbear wandering in the darkness of Sublevel 4 of Glutton Kitchen

Legit felt like a jumpscare the first time I played it.

This was the most terrified I’ve ever been while playing Genshin so far

The sense of dread growing stronger and stronger as more characters kept dying, the creepy dream about the staircase representing who will die next, characters starting to have dark thoughts about ending their own lives as the body count kept getting bigger and bigger, the realization of Ptashka and Shram being ghosts who died centuries ago under tragic circumstances, the Traveler figuring out about Alyosha being dead since the very beginning and being replaced by Ronova…It was all very raw and emotional.

The way he keeps trash talking her is so great

Who would have thought one Ronova’s biggest haters to be a jolly, wacky scientist

u/Pellecks02 — 2 months ago

Imagine how convoluted the Snezhnaya Archon Quest would have been if Nod Krai didn’t happen and the Columbina/Dottore stuff would have happened at the same time as Tsarita and Pierro vs Ronova. It was for the best that it was its own separate story

u/Pellecks02 — 2 months ago

According to recent spoilers this character wants to kill Ronova as much as Pierro. How do you feel about it?

How do you feel about the Palace of Shadow and Charter 8 as a whole? I personally like it for its atmosphere and bosses but I’ve seen some people who consider it rather disappointing compared to previous Chapters.

Coppie giapponese/occidentale negli anime?

I legitimately can’t get over how intelligent Dottore’s boss theme is. They somehow managed to make sanskrit rhyme with latin

Do you prefer Melty Molten Galaxy of Melty Monster Galaxy?

I think that while Melty Monster Galaxy has the best mission (“The Magnificent Magma Sea”), Melty Molten Galaxy feels more “complete” because there are mutliple missions based on the lava theme, unlike in Melfi Monster Galaxy where it feels kind of wanted potential because the other two missions aren’t lava based.

So it’s finally happening (major story spoilers for 4.4)

We’ll finally fight a full blown Aeon, no transformed semi Aeon like Sunday, not extremely powerful but not quite as strong as an Aeon Irontomb, but a true Aeon, no bullshit.

Can the current large numbers of mixed white/hispanic marriages in states like Texas and California be seen as an historical parallel of the assimilation of Irish and Italians in mainstream American white society?

So I travel a lot, and while I noticed that interracial marriages are generally common among the under 25 crowd all over the country, during my stays in Texas and California (Southeast Texas and OC), I was genuinely surprised by the very large amount of white/hispanic couples. While they weren’t the absolute majority, those kind of couples are very common in those zones from my experience. Can some parallels be drawn between younger hispanics marrying whites in large numbers and once discriminated ethnic groups like Irish and Italians marrying outside their ethnicities and becoming more and more assimilated with “mainstream“ whites?

Anyone else dislikes how the Dark Star stole Fawful’s spotlight and Fawful should have been the sole final boss?

Don’t get me wrong, the Final Boss was epic, but I think Fawful deserved to remain the central villain over a generic force of evil
