Ukratko:
Poslao sam garderobu na reklamaciju u radnju. Nisam obavešten u roku od 30 dana o ishodu reklamacije, originalni račun je uzet od strane prodavzčica jer su zahtevali tako da bi poslali robu na reklamaciju, ja imam samo originalni slip. Nakon razgovora sa njima (nakon isteka 30 dana sam ih pozvao da vidim o čemu se radi jer me niko nije ni svao pre toga) oni tvrde da nije trebalo ni da prime robu na reklamaciju, jer se vidi da su navodno fizički oštećene. Pitao sam ih i za broj reklamacije, za potvrdu o reklamaciji i ništa mi nisu rekli od toga.
Moj stav je da rok za reklamaciju (bez obzira na njen ishod) nije ispoštovan po zakonu, i da oni svakako moraju da prihvate robu na istu, a da je na nadležnom organu da utvrdi do čega je došlo i da me obaveste o ishodu reklamacije u roku od 30 dana. Zahtevao sam povračaj sredstava jer zakonski rok nije ispoštovan.
Da li sam u pravu i koja su moja prava?
Da li sam učinio veliki propust što nisam zahtevao nikakvu potvrdu reklamacije kada sam odneo robu?

Evo realne potrošnje 2.0 TSI (140kW) motora.
Prvih 5 km je bilo kroz naseljeno mesto i onda auto put do Čačka. 4motion, klima podešena na “Auto” na 21 stepen.
Vozim ovaj auto 3 godine i nikada problema sa ovim motorom, kroz sneg, led, kišu, na more, uvek pouzdan. Da ne pišem odakle me ovaj auto sve izvukao no to nije tema, ali ako gledamo potrošnju, po mom mišljenju 2.0 tdi ima malo smisla pored ovog motora.
